On such feverishly dark songs as ‘Ode to the Devil’ Burnside’s unmistakable croon becomes a sing-shout frantically fighting to keep up with the fast-paced tempo that Ryan Walter Wagner and Shmoo Ritchie set for him on drums and bass.
