    We are the TILTED THUNDER RAIL BIRDS, an all women's Banked Track Roller Derby League in Seattle. To become a Tilted Thunder Rail Bird you must be a female at least 18 years old, have a positive attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn. You will need to have a helmet, kneepads, elbow pads, wrist guards, a mouth guard, and of course skates. We will also need you to meet minimum attendance requirements for practice and volunteering within the league and community.

About me:

Tilted Thunder is an all-female banked track roller derby league based out of Seattle. We are a nonprofit organization run by the skaters and for the skaters. We are committed to raising awareness and promoting the sport of women's roller derby especially banked track derby.

TTRB is comprised of like minded, strong, intelligent and determined women from all walks of life who share a goal of emotional growth and physical strength through challenging ourselves beyond that which we ever thought we could accomplish. We, as a league, promote mental and physical empowerment, development of skills, encouragement of friendship, individuality and loyalty on and off the track and throughout the entire sport locally and nationally.

Who I'd like to meet:

Anyone who appreciates the sport of roller derby. Skaters, fans, volunteers, accountants, tax advisors, lawyers, artists, Dj's, massage therapists, contractors, event coordinators, musicians, seamstresses, potential sponsors............everyone.
