Currently my admiration for The Bedroom Philosopher, (aka Justin Heazlewood) is at an all-time high. He's thrown off the chains of the comedy pigeonhole, and is floating in a genre-free wonderland.
About me: Credits: The background photo on this page was taken by the wonderful Linzy cos she's full of self-importance. The page is coded and kept free of spam by Linzy and Shell and Kirsty and Molly. Lovely ladies.
Contacting Me: I love getting comments and messages through this page and I do generally read them all but be sure to check out timminchin.com and angry-feet.com if you do have a question as chances are it's already been answered elsewhere. If you do ask a question I'll do my best to get back to you, but if I don't I'm really sorry! Please forgive me. I can't handle guilt. Sometimes Linzy or Shell will answer questions for me. If you have an important, work-related query, please go here to contact my management. They're very nice. Although come to think of it the Australian one is pretty scary and the American one I'm too intimidated to even ring myself.
Other Websites: Here is a link to timminchin.com, where you can find contact info, merchandise, MP3s, pics and all sorts of fun. And if you want more, the irrepressible Linzy runs the fine fan page, angry-feet.com, where you can find all my lyrics, loads more pics, obscure downloads and a forum where you can talk to other crazy people about all the things crazy people talk about.
This is the audio of my nine-minute beat poem, "Storm" from my new show, READY FOR THIS.

By the by, my website has other downloads and stuff on it and is a tepid fountain fizzing with intriguing information.
Hello Tim. I think you're absolutely amazing. You should come back to Australia and perform in Churchill/Morwell/Traralgon area! I get too bored here haha. You're great :D Love Alexandria.
LOVE your music!!! Theres only so much a MySpace comment can say, great job! I saw your last concert in Perth, I luved canvas bags and so fucking rock :)
Ticketmaster are weird. I just missed out on front row tickets to your show in December - released last night, and they haven't released row B. Damn it.
Maaaaate, four months 'til i see you again =), yaaay. You should come back to wakefield again though, loved it last time because the venue was so small, and we got 2nd row seats, but this time we have to travel further and don't get 2nd row so you better be good! (joke, please don't make one of the spam faries kill me in my sleep =P). I've had a very Tim filled day today, watched so fucking rock for the first time in months. I laughed my spleen out. You owe me one spleen. Anywho, congratz on the baby boy! (i know its late.) i'ma go listen to some of your songs to help me sleep, seeing as i'm up in four hours. Sorry for the ramble, its what i do when i'm tired =P. Goodnight sir. Xxx
i've been getting very excited for your gig up here in cardiff on september 11th. it's ages away, but still, thinking about it is helping get me through work experience. 3rd row baby. :D xxx
Hey Tim. It's a stupid hour of the morning to be awake in Melbourne, but Sleep's gone out drinking with Sanity, Rational Thought and Depth-Perception and left me home exhausted with Hunger.
So, you know, I resorted to the dying world of myspace to solve my boredom, which, naturally, failed me; as all the cool kids have moved on and have the mental capability to compress long sentences and complex paragraphs of information into 140 character paragraphs/phrases- something I fail at, clearly - and can't be bothered going through the lengthy process of previewing and clicking and waiting and reloading and slapping dodgy modems to share exciting facts of their life via myspace comments anymore.
This comment doesn't have much substance to it, but I just wanted to write, cos anything resembling any form of literature bores Hunger to death, and I haven't written you a lengthy, pointless comment in a very long time.
I hope indeed that all things in your world are wonderful now, and that you and your girls and boy are well.
Love Han

I agree strongly with |v| @ D |) Y ;D ...you should come and visit us at Falklands (= would be an absolute hoot...we lick icecream topping off of the cricket pitch and everything =D hahah can't come and see you at the concert hall in December =( but I'm getting the DVD of Ready For This? for Christmas so I guess I can't complain really keep up the fabulous work and I know it's late but I hope Caspar and the rest of the family are doing just fine (=
We're coming to see you again in Brisbane, the QPAC show happens to be on the same day as my hubby's birthday, so as a birthday present for me, I mean him, the whole family get to come to see the show this time, not just me and Sarah.
I can't wait for the extra songs we didn't get in the comedy festival length shows. I shall have to bring tissues if you do White Wine in the Sun though.
