Tim Bowness is a British musician, primarily known as vocalist/co-writer with the band No-Man, a long-running collaboration with Porcupine Tree's Steven Wilson.
In addition to releasing six studio albums with No-Man, Tim has worked with popular Italian artist Alice, OSI (Jim Matheos and Kevin Moore), David Torn, Hugh Hopper (Soft Machine), Roger Eno, and recorded the album Flame with Richard Barbieri (Porcupine Tree/ex-Japan).
California, Norfolk (an album with Peter Chilvers) was released in 2002 and Tim's debut solo recording, My Hotel Year, and collaboration with Centrozoon (Never Trust The Way You Are), were issued in 2004.
Following the release of No-Man's Schoolyard Ghosts in 2008, 2009 promises a No-Man live and documentary DVD, an album with Nosound's Giancarlo Erra, and the release of former Fairport Convention singer Judy Dyble's Talking With Strangers (co-produced and co-written by Tim and also featuring Robert Fripp, Pat Mastelotto, Ian McDonald, Simon Nicol, Jacqui McShee and Julianne Regan).
Tim co-runs specialist online label Burning Shed with Peter Chilvers and Pete Morgan, and his music is directly available from the Tim Bowness store at Burning Shed.

Hi Tim! Good seeing you in Hammersmith at the PT show. Thanks for the patience with us fans. Hope that I get to see you perform again. It's been more than one year after the Zoeteermeer gig and I still think about it often. It was such a fabulous night. Thank you!
