I play violin and sing clean vocals in Melbourne based band, NE OBLIVISCARIS, that you could very loosely describe as progressive/extreme/melodic metal. I am the Director of WELKIN ENTERTAINMENT an events/management/bookings and promotions company I started with NeO extreme vocalist, Marc Campbell (aka Xenoyr). Welkin Ent. works as a management team and booking agency for my band Ne Obliviscaris, and I am the booking agent for such great Australian metal bands as: Separatist, Empyrean, Be'lakor, Black Orchid, Aeon of Horus, Eyefear, Eye of the Enemy,

I have been playing violin since I was 6 years old, I am now 27, and have studied with a series of fantastic violin teachers including Goetz Richter, Fintan Murphy and Cathy Lee (USA). I currently study with Elizabeth Sellars.

I also do SESSION WORK for rock/metal/folk/pop bands and have worked with a number of fantastic artists including THE VERONICAS. (I'll be appearing on their new DVD in stores September, 2009!)

I completed my Bachelor of Music degree at Monash University where I majored in performance with a minor in composition in 2007. I then completed my honours in performance in July 2009.

I also have an as yet untitled jazz trio with Brendan Brown (bass- Ne Obliviscaris) and Scott Young (guitar- Alarum) which I am very excited about. Hopefully we'll hit the live scene and start playing some jazz clubs before too long!
