About me:
Welcome to Timers! One of the most established taverns in the famed city of beer, Milwaukee. We've been slinging drinks and making memories for almost thirty years. We are an old school boozing saloon. We're a throwback to the good ol'days of Milwaukee taverns. We have no delusions of granduer we keep it simple and thats how we like it. When you walk through our doors you can be yourself, just leave it all behind you..I mean all of it work, spouse, kids just relax and share a drink with friends. So we hope to see you soon, I'll keep one on ice for you.

A little about our History... Timers was built in 1854 by Westphal as a farmers co-op. It transistioned into a tavern in the early 1900s and has seen decades worth of transistions in our beautiful city of Milwaukee. It was Jack's Tap for many years until Mike came along in the early 80s and brought it back from the dead. Restoring the building top to bottom and in the process cemented himself in Milwaukee history. Our back bar was built in 1903 by the Brunswick company out of Chicago and you will not find a prettier piece anywhere in the city. Pin up girls flaunt themselves across our walls including some original prints by Vargas! The most high tech thing you'll find behind our bar is our credit card machine everything else is rang in by our twin antique National Cash Registers which have ran flawlessly since the 1890s.

For all you hardcore St. Patricks Day morning drinkers, we've compiled a list of our favorite bars that are opening early and we're going drinking on the Monkey Bus. We're hand selecting 25 "good drinkers" to drink with us. If you've ever been on an employee pub crawl with the Monkey you'll know it's a very special experience. In order to apply, you have to answer the following questions correctly. You can bring friends, but they will also have to answer the questions correctly. #1.
