Timescape consists of the two Danes Tony Andersen and Kent Eskildsen, who have been working together musically, since 1996.
Under different monikers, Tony Andersen and Kent Eskildsen have released music on more than 10 CDs and a few movie soundtracks – One of the most prominent projects being Navigator, together with the German keyboard player, Jens Peschke. For the vocal tracks Tina S lends a helping hand - or voice to be more specific...as well as being part of the live setup on the road..
Timescape explores the borders of modern electronic dance music and always work extensively in their studios on several projects:
Call it Ambient, Chill Out, Tech-house or something completely different – you name it!
Timescape also takes their cutting edge studio work on the read and performs everywhere from big live concerts with additional musicians, video, graphic projections and lasers to more intimate DJ sets.
Communication,Information,Technology is exceeding at a limitless pace,beyond cultures and its vultures and subconsciously in between generations. Using the experience and knowledge of the past to create a window to the unpredictable future which turns into the present in a blink of an eye and goes back into playing the past . The past the present and future co-exist. The world started shrinking the moment it was created. The tribes have gotten closer,more hi tech and more sharing.Breaking all thought-barriers ,experimenting with multi-dimensional networks but at the core still aware of our emotional human limitations. We will forever be a tribe,just that the tribes are getting delightfully demented and thankfully no one is complaining…….
