Tim Firth is a drummer from Sydney. He has a Bachelor of Music from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Music (Jazz Major) with First Class Honours from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. He was a finalist in the 2004 National Jazz Awards Drum Competition at the Wangaratta Jazz Ferstival, and has toured extensively throughout Australia and Asia. He performs with James Morrison, The Don Rader Quintet, James Muller Trio, Judy Bailey Trio, Theak-tet, Dave Panichi Septet, Kristin Beradi Band, Mark Isaacs Quintet, Errol Buddle, Craig Scott Quintet, John Harkins Trio, Hugh Barrett Trio, Jackson Harrison Trio, Aunty Richard, Chuck Yates Trio, Tina Harrod, Virna Sanzone, The Hipstones, Nathan Tasker Band, Dan Barnett Big Band, Asli, Carrie Lakin, Daniel Mifsud and many others.
