Having spent the previous half-decade delivering over 800 performances across North America primarily as a solo artist, free-thinking Canadian singer/songwriter Tim Harwill is currently at home in rural Alberta recording his 4th album of signature original material. Scheduled for a late 2009 release, the critically acclaimed songwriter delivers a powerful artistic statement and a soulful tribute to the roots of country, rock, and blues music on this, his first completely electric recording.
Born into a large working poor family from the ridge country of the Manitoba Interlake district in west-central Canada, Tim Harwill dreamed of a personal brand of countrified roots music before the on-set of adult life while at the feet of an assortment of his musical brethren. Hitting the road as a teen, lost years and countless miles of indie touring have delivered an intensely compelling performer with an impressive catalogue of engaging and accessible original songs. Which the Alberta-based indie troubadour delivers with a relentless commitment, unabashedly rooted in country music's past while embracing a powerful new musical ethos. Eschewing pyrotechnics for honesty, and fuelled by a combination of deeply personal lyrics and his unforgettable voice, Tim Harwill consistently engages while delivering one of the most passionate live performances in music today! Having released 3 critically praised full-length recordings on CD to date, his audience continues to grow as he evolves into one of the respected and enduring Canadian songwriters performing today.
'All I Really Need'...this is true country…Harwill fits with the likes of Tyson and Robbins…real country fans will be in heaven…a performer staying true to the music and not selling out for the radio. – Yorkton This Week, 2008
'Thru The Bottom Of A Glass'...full of acoustic roots country flavored tunes...Tim Harwill delivers a winning vocal performance. - Roots Music Report, 2005
'Spinner of Tales'...an incredible, heart-felt acoustic CD...excellent first effort...should grace anyone's collection. - Northern Journey, 1998
Legendarily reclusive by nature, Tim Harwill lives quietly in small-town Alberta with canine traveling companion Koko when he is not on tour. With an engaging yet intense live performing style that evokes favorable comparison to the greats of the past, he defines the term 'throwback', delivering an unerringly authentic sound while remaining true to a uniquely personal artistic vision in the constantly changing musical landscape of the 21st century.

I know that many artists from North America don't have their music videos uploaded to German video websites. The most popular websites are MyVideo.de and ClipFish.de. That means your European audience does not have the chance to find them.
I understand that most of you don't speak German and are not able to upload videos because of the language barrier. If you would like me to upload your videos to the German video websites, please let me know.
Thanks
