About me:

A little about myself, I'm a southern boy in a northern world. I was born and lived in and around Atlanta, GA until I was 15. That's when mom decided that she needed to be closer to her brother, who was stationed at Fort Drum at the time, so me and my sister didn't have a choice. Well my uncle moved but me, mom, and my sister stayed. Seems this cold, sub-artic temperature grows on you.

UPDATE!!!
Over the past couple of years I've taken myself back to a place where I never should have went. Well at this very moment I've decided that I need to return to the place where i was before this downward spiral. I'm not giving up on my friends and I never will, but I do need to seperate myself from that kind of lifestyle. If you wanna hangout and do something together it's all good, but please don't call me to come drinking or smoking, cus as of this very moment I am very much sober and plan to stay that way. I hope I don't lose any friends over this decision, a few of my true friends new where I stood from the start, but if I do lose some friends it's a decision that I have to make regardless.

Well with a new year brings a few changes. I've recently started a new job and it seems with each new day that this is where I belong. I now work for Wal-Mart, again. I used to work there before, but I worked at the store on Arsenal St. I'm working for the same manager, but in my opinion he's gotta be one of the best guys I've ever worked for. Also after a year of bad relationships, I've met someone that hopefully will be around for awhile and not leave when things get a little bit tough. We've only been talking for a short time, but together we have both decided that we were going to wait and take our time before we get to serious with each other. I realize it may be a hard road at first, but I also know that it will lead to the smoothest road in the future. So even though my profile says that I am single, and I will keep it that way for now, I consider my self unavailable and off the market. I am still interested in meeting all kinds of people, but I only want to meet people that have something to say. I'm not interested with filling my friends list with alot of people that I will probably never talk to, I'm not a picture collector.

Experiencing God’s Forgiveness

Why am I here? Who am I? What will happen when I die? These questions have intrigued people throughout the ages. The answers can be discovered by understanding God’s plan of salvation.

Jesus loves you so much that He died to save you from your sin, guilt and all of sin’s consequences. He rose from the dead and is the only way to God, the Father. One heartfelt decision to accept Jesus’ sacrifice for your sin will cause you to become God’s child.

Pray this prayer aloud and mean it with all of your heart:
Father, I come to you just as I am. There is nothing I can do to earn salvation. I cannot work my way into a right relationship with You. The Bible says that we are saved by grace through faith as a gift from You. I acknowledge that I have sinned against You and others. I ask You to forgive me and wash me clean with the precious, life-giving blood of Jesus Christ, Your Son. I believe that He died for me—He took my sin upon Himself when He died on the cross. I believe that He was raised from the dead, giving me power over the enemy. Jesus, I ask You to come live inside of me. I don't understand everything about being a Christian, but I invite You into my life to help me learn daily how to live. Thank You, Father, for Your gift of restoration and eternal life. I am so grateful for Your love and mercy. In Jesus' name, Amen.
