Donny was a good bowler, and a good man. He was. . . He was one of us. He was a man who loved the outdoors, and bowling, and as a surfer explored the beaches of southern California from Redondo to Calabassos. And he was an avid bowler. And a good friend. He died--he died as so many of his generation, before his time. In your wisdom you took him, Lord. As you took so many bright flowering young men, at Khe San and Lan Doc and Hill 364. These young men gave
their lives. And Donny too. Donny
who. . . who loved bowling.
And so, Theodore-Donald-Karabotsos,
in accordance with what we think your dying wishes might well have been, we commit your mortal remains to the bosom of the Pacific Ocean, which you loved so well. Goodnight, sweet prince.

Nice site and a beautiful work! Thanks for raising the awareness level. People don't understand unless they see.

I leave for Africa on April 5 for two weeks. Doing some programmatic/financial stuff at our malaria research sites in Kampala, Uganda and Nairobi and Kisumu Kenya as well as taking some medicine and medical supplies. Can't wait to get there! Hope you get a chance to get back there soon. Africa, the apple of God's eye.

Hey Tim,
I've missed seeing you around. I was seeing if Tatem could recognize you from the pictures here... she had no idea who the fuzzy-faced guy is... but she remembered your songs.
Ooh, the Indians just scored... gotta go!

those ROCK i went to one here a few months back. half the crowd came dressed up as characters. there were abut 120 Walters running around the place. it was epic. sadly, i don't think i can do that date i'm in a service untill around 9 and it is 2 days out from a chrismas musical i'm mixing. if yo see another date anywhere i'm in.
