TJB is a group of passionate believers who want to tell the world about the love of Christ and the salvation that is gained through Him. Their biggest desire is to see Jesus lifted high and that all people, from every nation, be drawn to him. They have devoted their lives to serving Christ through music.
The Tim Johnson Band originally started in the small town of Oviedo, FL where Tim, Chuck, and Michael Johnson grew up. Tim began to lead worship as a teen and knew that God had placed a calling on his life to serve Him through music. Since then, the blessings have been non-stop in his ministry. Tim began college at Truett-McConnell in Cleveland, Ga where God lead him to study Contemporary Worship. There they met Kason Moody, Crystal Padilla. Slowly they began their journey of ministering together as a band. Their first cd release was in 2008 with their “TJB EP” and their “Purely Acoustic-Personal Moments of Worship.” The Tim Johnson Band now travels all over the nation telling all people about Christ, and how He is the only One who can cleanse us of our sins (1 John 1:9), the One who has given us life, and whose love is never failing. They desire for Christ to be glorified through their ministry and that through their passion and devotion to Christ people may come to know him as their personal Lord and Savior.
Hola TJB, I will be recording Friday the 20'th, a new song called, "Just One Look" and maybe a second one. So be on the look out for that and feel free to pass the word around. Preciate what you guys do and keep it up, perhaps we'll play together someday.
