Timshel formed as a 5-piece called Screaming Tricks in 2003. We became Timshel in late 2004 and stayed that way until 2008. During last year lots of changes happened and our drummer Rob left us :"(
At that time we were joined by Jamie Shirley and Ed Helborough on drums and guitar respectively and we were once again a 5-piece and went out under the name Sola. Sadly, Ed had to leave because of work commitments after just 1 show :"( So we reverted to Timshel and Jamie stayed on for a further 6 months. However, Jamie left earlier this year as well :"(
So, 6 years on we gone from 5, to 4, to 5, to 3. We are currently recording our 5th album which is primarily made up of the material went wrote with Ed and Jamie, and the album will probably be called Sola. It is sounding great and to celebrate our release of this album, we will be building up to it over a 6 week period by putting the entire catalogue of Timshel albums available for free download from this very site! That will total 60 songs- quite the anthology!!! So keep posted, the first album will be up within the next few weeks as we edge closer to the completion of "Sola".

Miss Peapod's Kitchen Cafe is a small independent cafe based at the award winning Jubilee Wharf in Penryn built using pioneering techniques of eco-..development. They have wind turbines, solar panels and super insulation. This means their walls are at least 2 foot thick which is useful for when they have bands in the evenings! This one should be quite good.
Teignton Fayre is an annual event that occurs in the village of Drewsteignton, on the edge of Dartmoor. It is an opportunity for the community to get together, raise money for charity and local good causes, and have some fun! We will be playing at about 9 o'clock on the stage outside. Should be quite good.
