One day I would like to retire and live life as if it was an old movie... driving through the alps in a covertible sports car next to a gorgeous girl (luckily I married one) or trekking accross the Sahara in an immaculate tailorred white suit...
Music
Wreckless Eric Whole wide world... Johnny Cash... Frank Sinatra The Main Event... Bill Withers Live at Carnegie Hall... Goldfrapp Black Cherry... Elton John Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
Movies
The Italian Job and Alfie (the original ones, not the dreadful remakes) are my two favourites... most things with Michael Caine are good, even if it's just because of the suits... Clint Eastwood too. Lost in Translation also did it for me.

About me: I am a drummer living and working in London. Over the years I've worked with some of the biggest names in pop, and alongside them quite a few of the smallest. My main gigs at the moment are with The Divine Comedy and on the west end show Billy Elliot. I'm also playing drums for Chris Difford on his new record, and The Bench Connection. I do a lot of stuff from my own studio and you can find out more about me and it at
www.timweller.co.uk I'm also a terrible swimmer, but a very good cook..
We are finally ready to start promoting my 'I Surrender' single with my album, 'Ella Trip' coming right after -yey!! What d'ya think to the video teaser?
Please drop by my page & comment on the new 'I Surrender' remixes as well, I'd love to know what u think of all the newness!
just wanted to let you know we are going to be down at Phonica Records in Soho (51 Poland St ) this Thursday evening (7 May) to celebrate the release of our first album.
we are putting a rather good little soundsystem in. Then we'll mix up some lovely drinks to ply you with, and go and play a few songs around 8pm. If the weather is nice the windows of the shop slide out and we'll be playing out to the street
hope to see you down there...if not I'll drink yours! - especially if I am holding a copy of the finished article (fingers crossed - they are meant to be delivered that day...)
"At last a follow up to Janette Mason's sparkling debut as leader. Alien Left Hand ....was well worth the wait…” Production **** Performance**** -- BBC Music Magazine
“…an album fizzing with fresh ideas and delights, an exhilarating musical journey .. with brilliantly original writing and inspired playing…” -- Helen Mayhew
"Every track from the rhythmic ‘NY Cab Ride’ and restless ‘4 Wheel Drive’ to the brooding ‘Mae’s Song’ has a terrific hook but it’s the way Mason switches tempo and moods that makes ALH great fun. " -- Diva Magazine
Bored and surfing - Know anyone that would employ a 42 year old female bassist? Probably not :-s Still writing for telly and working in a nice studio now. Ever hear from Kate? Ax

Thanks for saying your a big fan of my work Mr Drummer guy. If so - try this on for size:
Place me on top of one or two pieces of toast and pop me under the grill till I'm well and truly melted. When done, apply Worcestershire sauce. Oh yeah.
Or: If you've had too much to drink, just eat handfuls of me straight from the packet. Gorgeous.
P.S. Have you got your own drumkit? (thinking of starting my own "pop group")
Sir, it was such a pleasure to play with you yesterday. Despite the fact I lost a £5 bet thanks to you actually playing the right rythms for a change..... Don't be a stranger and feel free to actually reply to me for change. Oh, and I'm available for work. If you can get me a nice, big tour I would appreciate it.
Hi tim! I'm just dropping by to tell you that I've finished my five track EP. Drop by some fine day and listen to it and tell me what you think. If you like my music you can support me by buying a few songs from iTunes or order the CD for a modest amount
