| Bio | Tina Allen is a California native with one foot stuck in New Jersey.
Tina's comedy covers a wide array ... from dating, family, kids, running her first marathon, growing up a part-time Catholic, and getting older. She has been entertaining audiences throughout the bay area with her quick wit and cynicism. You can relate to her experiences, but don't be fooled, she looks like she has a soft side but it's not easily found.
Growing up in an Italian/Irish/Catholic family that migrated to California from New Jersey, allowed Tina to develop a strong personality while acquiring a ton of comedic material. Join her as she discusses life as an only child, being a tall female with a deep voice trying to find Mr. Right and listen to stories of how she struggles through everyday life situations.
Tina started out doing acting and voice over work for television and feature films that led her to become an Internet talk show host for a technology company. What else would it be since she lives in the Silicon Valley! Once the dot.com industry dissolved, she took her experiences to the comedy stage in pursuit of her life-long dream. And she hasn't stopped since. About me:
I have been a professional stand up comedian for 8 years and I love it. I have worked in many clubs such as: Improv, Rooster T. Feathers, Martini Blues, and many others. I have done voice over work, guest radio dj spots, acting in movies and television. I can do corporate gigs as well as club gigs.
I recently got engaged and am looking forward to sharing my life with someone that makes me happier than I ever thought I could be.
