I am an ICU RN in Kansas. I either say something nice, or I will not say anything at all.. I have no use for 'catty' people. I meet life head on, and strive to solve life's problems as they appear, using logic instead of emotion, therefore eliminating many worries in my life. I feel blessed in life, having a wonderful and caring family, including my cats and dogs, who understand each and every word I say..hehe I feel rich in life, because I do not want what I have not got.

I want to meet people who are living their passion. I believe anything is obtainable if you set your mind to it and are willing to put forth the effort. No one is ever too old to set goals, create, and manifest their dreams. It is only when we 'give up' that we are defeated in life. As a nurse, I see the 'giving up' process as the end of life nears. Life is meant to be lived, and only I can create my own destiny.

    Family is an important part of my life.. I love my family.. they are the reason I am in MySpace. I love my profession, and gain much personal satisfaction in helping others help themselves. Sometimes I am the teacher.. and sometimes I am the student in life. I love animals (2 dogs and 4 cats), gardening (though my yard does not look very good after being neglected the last 2 years), reading informational books and articles about wholistic health, and listening to live music.. the 'energy' transferred from the performer to the listener is the best 'high'!
