I have been singing all of my life and have sung 1st and 2nd soprano and alto, as well as tenor. After singing in many choral groups and church choirs as both a group singer and soloist over the years, I began experimenting with digital music recording, layering several tracks of my vocals. Traditional church hymns, especially those about Christmas, are one of my favorite styles of music. My ‘A Cappella Noel’ CD was inspired by my sister and mom who wanted to go Christmas caroling one year. I sing all of the parts to every Christmas carol without any musical accompaniment. Some of the parts are fairly standard but others are improvised. Years later, this CD was given as a gift to my father-in-law, who passed it along to Jeff Marginean at JEMAR Entertainment and Frog & Scorpion Records.
I thank God for helping me find my way and for giving me this opportunity. I also thank my sister, Gabrielle, and my mom, Bee, for inspiring me. My father-in-law, Bill, for the cover photo for 'An A Cappella Noel' and for giving it to Jemar Entertainment. My husband, Geoff, for his love and support and also for the design of this myspace page. My producer, Jeff, for his dedication to this project.
Currently I am teaching voice lessons on the side as well as singing in a few groups, including a band I recently joined named Vaulted (in my top friends). I am also working on some classical pieces like Alleluia, Lacrimosa, and Ave Verum as well as traditional Christian hymns and carols where once again I am singing all of the parts. These projects will take a while to be released but there are some samples above of the pieces in their preliminary stages. My goal is to push my vocal abilities to their maximum while performing some of my most favorite and cherished Christian pieces. I love to sing and to share this music with my friends and family.
My former guitar instructor, Larry VanMersbergen, just released another great book on guitar instruction named "Guitar Chord Changes Made Easy." It's a good resource for anyone just starting out. Head over to his website at Larry VanMersbergen or click on the below guitar image to order directly from Amazon.

Jeremiah 29:11-14 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the LORD."
Hi Tina, I will check out your music some more. What I heard sounded nice. I hope you like my music too. I have been in Chicago a few times but never to sight see yet. John Wright, pianist for Cerulean Blue
I absolutely LOVE your version of Mozart's requiem Lacrymosa! It's very impressive the kind of range you have to be able to mix all of the parts together with your voice.
