The meanings for the Sun are fairly simple and consistent.
Young, healthy, new, fresh. The brain is working, things that were muddled come clear, everything falls into place, and everything seems to go your way.
The Sun is ruled by the Sun, of course. This is the light that comes after the long dark night, Apollo to the Moon's Diana. A positive card, it promises you your day in the sun. Glory, gain, triumph, pleasure, truth, success. As the moon symbolized inspiration from the unconscious, from dreams, this card symbolizes discoveries made fully consciousness and wide awake. You have an understanding and enjoyment of science and math, beautifully constructed music, carefully reasoned philosophy. It is a card of intellect, clarity of mind, and feelings of youthful energy.

I was a past ICC Chair of the Inter Club Council at De Anza College, where I was enrolled as Drama major. Presently, I am now taking only core requirements at DAC, and now changed my major to Music Performance - Vocal, which is only offered at Mission College. I am presently Security Officer for VSA, and Treasurer and ICC Rep for the Catholic Student Club. I speak 3 languages, English, Music, and Vietnamese. I have taken Viet 1,2, and 3, and I am now taking Viet 50A at Mission College. Accademically, I am considered intermediate in Vietnamese, but confidence-wise, it takes time to put all of what I learned into fluent conversational practice. I attended VASCON3, and I am now active with UNAVSA, Lend A Hand, and many other Vietnamese Support Groups. I also now have honor and privilege of singing with a very prestigeous Vietnamese choir, which has about 45-50 voices at St. Martin's Church in Sunnyvale, and although not born native Vietnamese, I have been assimulated and accepted very lovingly and graciously into the beautiful Vietnamese Culture, and I am now classified as a Vietnamese American Catholic. I have been separated since 1990, and just don't want discuss my loneliness at this time or the moderate to severe depression that I deal with daily, and so far because of student love and support have been able to win the daily battle, not to be overtaken by hopelessness. I am very grateful to the Asian Culture, who totally understand my health problems, and the alternative and medically approved approach that I use in totally preventing and stopping seizures, regarding my gran mal epilepsy, which was brought about when I was struck by an car, while in a crosswalk at only 6 years old. I was treated for many years by antivulsants and all kinds of medications until about 10 years ago, I was on 2,500 miligrams of anticonvulsant medications, and although my physicians felt I was at safe level, my body said "no" very suddenly by throwing me into Critical toxic syndrome, in I was in a semi-coma, and I suffered complete renal shutdown. I received the last rites of the Roman Catholic Church, in that, my nerologists were very concerned about my chances for survival.
Upon Leaving the hospital, I was determined to never allow myself to be so sick again, and I begin a biofeedback program to prevent and control seizures. My medication was reduced to half, and on my own, I gradually removed from myself from all medications, and now totally control and prevent gran mal seizures by biofeedback, and have even written a book about it, which I hope to have published eventually. My physicians said that had no doubt that I was most likely the first to achieve a medical breakthrough of this nature. Biofeedback is not new, and comes from the South East Asia via India.
