Hey guys,

I'm hitting the road in a couple of weeks to raise money for War Child,
Coast-to-coast – 50 cities – ALL PROCEEDS TO WARCHILD. Why? 66% of all
war victims are CHILDREN. Shocked like me? War Child helps these
children that have been affected by war. Check out the new blog – the
whole story is up there. Love to have you be a part of it.

You’ll find a Blog, Tour page and a Bio page. I’ll be blogging daily from the road.

http://www.liamtitcomb.com/warchild/

I've also got this “widget” for a FREE download of 5
songs. Please send it on to your peeps – to help raise awareness of War
Child and the tour.

You can also embed this widget in your facebook, myspace etc. I’d really appreciate that.

We have permission from Sony ATV publishing to give the songs away from now till the end of the tour... So let’s work it.

Thanks,

-Liam

Hi everybody! I made it home safe and sound, and I wanted to pop on quickly, and say thank you all so much. You made me feel like I really belonged amongst you on that stage. It was one of the highlights of my musical career to date, and I hope to get invited again. Besides, someone has to keep David in line, and help to entertain the visiting Nashvillians.

See you all soon.

Hello, Thanks for the add. I hope you like my music and get a chance to hear the song I cowrote with Terry Fernihough. I hope to be a part of your line-up when I'm out that way. I plan to get out there for radio tour and to visit the guitar company that sponsors me, Dot on Shaft, keep in touch and have a GREAT SUNDAY.

I wanted to make sure all you TPN writers know about an event I've helped organize with one of my co-writers, Bruce Michael Miller. If you know anyone who might be interested, I'd appreciate it if you would pass this along.

It's called the Porcupine Hills Songwriters Roundup, a songwriters retreat out near the foothills of the Canadian Rockies in Alberta cattle country, June 18 - 22.

It's going to be small...only about 15 participants...so it's designed for maximum face time with some of Nashville's best writers and teachers.

We've got Grammy-winner Don Henry (#1 Where've You Been, Kathy Mattea), Angela Kaset (#1 Something in Red, Lorrie Morgan), and Bruce, who is the adjunct professor of song writing at Nashville State Community College. (Amazing player...he's performed with people like Paul McCartney, Kenny Loggins, and Jim Messina.)

There'll be writing, workshops, wilderness horseback riding, hot tubbing, a campfire guitar pull, and a closing concert with the teachers Saturday night. It's gonna be a hoot.

Also, Canadian songwriters can apply for a $750 grant at factor. ca.

All the details are at songwritersroundup. com. Thanks for spreading the word and helping us get this off the ground.

All best,

Joe
