“Tinted Image is one of those bands that defies the single-genre classification and simply falls into the category of 'great'."
--Rochester City News.
While still under a year old the Rochester based band has been receiving some national attention. Starting in May 2008, the 5 piece rock/pop group has shared the stage with a wide range of national acts like:
-Ingrid Michaelson
-Little Feat
-Average White Band
- the Subdudes
-Badfish
-MC Lars
-the Campbell Brothers.
Their sound has been described as "the female version of the Dave Matthews Band". The band is made up of Alyssa Coco (vocals & keys), Sean Conlon (bass), Matt Merritt (guitar), Karl Thomas (drums), and Joel Vickers (sax).
