Tiny Telephone is $350 a day. Engineers are (usually) $200 a day. For booking, please call 415-334-1970. Please don't message us here. Thanks!
Tiny Telephone was opened in September of 1997 to provide affordable hi-fi recording to San Francisco's independent music community. Inside you'll find a spacious live room, a game room/lounge (ok, it's only got a tv and a PS2) and, in our control room, the city's most comfortable couch. You'll also find an automated, discrete Neve 5316 and a Studer 827, one of the finest 24-track recorders ever made. We've collected an arsenal of keyboards, including a Yamaha C3 grand piano, a Rhodes, Hammond B3 with Leslie, Wurlitzer 200A, and numorous classic synthesizers. We're right in the Mission in a gated, private compound with easy parking.
The studio is about 1700 sq. ft., with an isolation room, two rock-solid amp lockers, and a Bob Hodas-tuned control room. Since I am painfully addicted to buying audio gear, the following list will only improve.

Thanks to A. Prellwitz for our upcoming EP. Hope to see you at our show tomorrow (Tues) at Hotel Utah. It is our last show of 2007 and you can check out 'Jodie' on our website (www.soundsofarcadio.com) before we release our full EP in the next few months.
Hi! There is some possibility that there may be a few bands under the impression that I have left food that I borrowed from them in your fridge…I can’t imagine why they would think that, but they might, and it could happen. I recommend that you just pretend you don’t understand what they are talking about.
Thanks, and I’m so glad that we are friends! ~nan c.
Hey, we’ve just uploaded a new song called “I love them all” from our forthcoming LP Girlfriends and Excess to be released in February 2007 as a (late)little Christmas gift! Go give it a listen and give us some feedback.
Our best wishes for 2007
