| General | At Titan, Warren focuses on Sales Management, Account Development and development of our consulting practice.
Warren started working with SAP in 1993 as a consultant. He developed much of his expertise working directly for SAP America from 1993-98, where he served as a consultant, project manager and finally as VP Field Service Central Region. His first client, Micrografx, was the first client live on R/3 Logistics in the US – that was release 2.0. He has worked in many areas of the SAP product and has configuration experience in FI, CO, MM, SD, and ABAP.
Warren received his BS-MIS/Accounting from University of North Texas and his Executive MBA from SMU in 2001.
Warren loves being outside, away from the cell phone and laptop, and when he is not at Titan, he spends much of his spare time either coaching his 2 older boys’ sports teams – baseball, basketball, and football – or doing something outside with his 3 boys, whether it is hiking in the Ozarks or just hanging out in the backyard or at the pool with them. Warren is a member of Frisco Bible Church and serves as a Trustee with his wife, Jill, for The Norris Foundation, which focuses on Christian related ministries, primarily missionary-related.

Kent began working with SAP in 1995 as a Business Analyst at Compaq Computers in Houston. In 1996, he joined SAP America, where he served as a Logistics Consultant, Consulting Manager, and finally as a Director of Field Services for the Retail, AFS and CPG Sector. Kent has worked with many different applications of the SAP product, and has configuration experience in MM, WM, PP, PP/PI, QM, workflow and ABAP.
Prior to Kent’s SAP work, he worked for Continental/General Tire. During his tenure, he served as a Production Control Analyst, Industrial Engineer, and System Analyst for manufacturing systems.
Kent received his BS-CIS from Murray State University in 1990.
Kent is an avid outdoorsman, rancher and sports enthusiast. He is just as comfortable on his tractor as he is behind his desk and laptop. He and his wife, Margaret, are active supporters of the athletic and artistic endeavors of their two children. Whether it is coaching his daughter’s softball team, traveling to watch his son play college football or just feeding cows, the Lambs try to spend as much time together as possible.

She brings over 14 years of SAP human resource management experience and a global network of consultants, clients & friends to bear for all levels of project and team support.
Chrissie began working with SAP consultants in 1994 at PAR, Inc., where she was responsible for technical and general staff recruitment. At the height of the 90’s SAP market, Chrissie was Director of Professional Development at Cap Gemini, focusing on bringing international consultant expertise to a global set of SAP project requirements. Prior to joining Titan Consulting, Chrissie was Resource Manager for IT Services, Inc, which later became a division of Compuware.
She has been a passionate supporter of responsible recruiting across the industry with a focus on equitable hiring and responsive employment practices. Consultants who have worked with her can attest to her personal commitment to their well being and the Titan sales team can vouch for her unyielding pursuit of excellence in all we do.
That pursuit can be seen in a constantly high level of professional energy and is mirrored in her personal enjoyment of golf, travel, watching college & professional football and spending time with her husband Chad and Mia, the family Boxer. Chrissie is a Fantasy Football Champ and loves competing with the Titan Team each year! She also competes to help others as a participant each year in the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life®, and American Boxer Rescue.
Chrissie is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, so don’t be surprised if she greets you with an enthusiastic “Howdy!” or signs off her email with a thumbs up, “Gig’Em!”
| | Television | At Titan, J.C. focuses on Sales Management, Recruiting Management, and Account Development.
J.C. began working with SAP in 1997 as an account manager, assisting his clients in staffing their projects and sizing of the hardware for the project. J.C. joined IT Services in 1999 and was instrumental in growing that practice to over 150 consultants. J.C. was one
of the original founders of Titan and joined the team in 2001.
J.C. received a BS degree from Texas Tech University in 1991.
J.C. loves kids and that’s good since he has four of his own. He spends most of his free time chauffeuring around kids to different school and sporting events. J.C. loves to coach his kids in sports which include football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. The Roden’s are always on the go.

At TITAN, Nic is responsible for business development across the United States.
Prior to joining Titan in early 2005, Nic had been focused in the IT industry since 2001 and involved with SAP for over seven.
Starting a concentration in the IT world in 2001 was like drinking hot milk in the middle of the desert when you are parched; a bad choice. But as they say the darkest hour is only 60 minutes long. Moving from general IT to SAP specific consulting has proved successful as he has built strong business relationships with some of the biggest companies in the U.S.
Nic has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin where he has mandated that all his children will attend.
With his wife and two daughters Nic resides in Frisco, Texas and enjoys the rigors of being the only male in a woman dominated home! Golfing, basketball, skiing and other active activities are his pastimes of choice. He does not enjoy yard work. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending live sporting events. Nic and his family attend Hope Fellowship and as they prepare for the possibility of another child, he asks for your prayers…..for a boy.
Kate Clay
Kate is the Accounting Manager at Titan Consulting. She brings over 5 years of human resource experience. She was a successful Resource Manager for IT Services, Inc., which later became Compuware Corporation, where she recruited SAP consultants for more than 4 years.
Kate earned her degree in Economics from Illinois State University in 1993.
Before joining the Titan Team at the beginning of 2007, Kate was a stay-at-home mom to her 7 year old twin girls and was busy with volunteer work at school and the local moms of multiples organization, where she served on the board for 5 years. She loves spending time with her family, husband Joe and the girls, travelling, and attending her daughter's extracurricular activities.
Javid Lateef
Javid Lateef is a Senior Recruiter at Titan Consulting. He was born in the US, grew up in Barbados, went to school in Europe and completed his undergrad education in India. He is widely traveled and this enables him to easily interact with the Global IT community. He is married, resides in Tampa and is an avid cricket and Tennis player.
Jenifer Gmeiner
Jenifer Gmeiner has recently joined the Titan Consulting team. Her responsibilities include business development and on-site coordinator at Tradeshows. Jenifer is a 2007 graduate of the University of North Texas, earning a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Communication Studies and a certificate in New Product Development. During her time at UNT, she helped develop the New Product Development Scholar’s Program and served as the first President of the NPD Student Organization. She was also the Social Chair for the Sports Marketing Association and still an active member in the DFW Chapter of the American Marketing Association. Jenifer has been involved in many charitable organizations, including the Special Olympics, Vista Care hospice, and MADD. Jenifer loves playing intramural sports and running. Her interests include refurbishing furniture, Italian cooking, and visiting museums.
James Schreiber
James Schreiber has 18 years of related Business Development, Recruiting, Managing and Relationship building experience. Born and Raised in Princeton, NJ he is an Alumnus of The College of New Jersey. Jim started his career in 1990 working in NYC for a Wall Street financial services IT support company and quickly moved up the management ladder. By 1996 he was Recruiting Manager of Transaction Information Systems (TIS), Philadelphia Regional offices. In 1999, Jim returned to work in NYC and remained working there for 6 years. He continued the process of developing strong relationships, with his clients in NYC/NJ and throughout the United States. In 2005, he moved his family from Princeton, NJ to Sarasota, Fl. to become Director of Professional Services for an ERP staffing resource firm. In 2007 his association with Titan Consulting began. He believes it has allowed him to bring all his years of business experience, along with Titans exceptional reputation for providing the highest quality resources, to the benefit of past, present and new clients
Jim is extremely proud of the client relationships that he has made, kept and expanded on over the last 18 plus years in business. He consistently follows the highest ethical business standards and believes that to succeed in business one has to stay flexible and open to an approach that is not beholden to one kind of solution or small set of approaches. He knows the he always must listen first and then try to adapt his experience to what the problem is at hand. Jim feels very strongly in Titans business approach of, always making an active effort, to avoid thinking in a box and never tries to shape a solution without paying attention to the client's needs first. Jims’ motto is very simply; always be comfortable listening and remaining flexible and open to all ideas. He never forgets that clients are not just technology customers but people first and foremost.
He earned his Certified Staffing Professional designation (CSP) in 2004 from the American Staffing Association. Licensed as a NJ Real Estate Agent in 1980 and was licensed as a NJ Real Estate Broker in 1986.
Jim is married and has three wonderful children, ages 15, 4 and 3 years old. They currently reside in sunny Sarasota Florida with their Pug, Chula. Jim is a classically/Jazz train Pianist. He is a huge Baseball fan (Phillies) and fanatical Football (EAGLES) fan.
Charlotte Stewart
Charlotte has over 30 years of business experience, including over 17 years experience as a successful sales and recruiting consultant for the Information Technology industry.
In the mid-90's Charlotte led the way for a new initiative at Oracle Corporation, where she assumed responsibility for consultant business development, recruiting and utilization. As a Senior Recruiter with Titan Consulting, Charlotte enjoys building and maintaining long term relationships with consultants and business associates. Her previous experience as well as her reputation for being an honest and trustworthy professional has facilitated her success in her first year as a member of the “Titan Team”.
Charlotte is fortunate to have two wonderful grown children – a son in Seattle and a daughter in Atlanta. Frequent trips to the Atlanta area are necessary so that Charlotte can visit her four beautiful and wonderfully intelligent grandchildren. If you beg her, Charlotte will reluctantly pull out her Granny book and show you all her pictures!
Active in her church, Charlotte participates in continuing education in Bible Academy classes as well as teaching Children’s Sunday School classes. She has also been active in the local chapter of the Special Olympics Organization and the Christian Women’s Club.
Kevin Kirkland
Kevin is an account manager at Titan. His focus is on account/client development.
Kevin started in the staffing business in 2001 doing general IT sales and recruiting. He later became an on-site vendor manager for a technologies company and got his first exposure to SAP. Kevin continued in sales a recruiting in the ERP space until joining Titan in 2005 and specializing solely in SAP.
Kevin received a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX
Kevin was born and raised in Wichita Falls, TX. He is an Eagle Scott and was an assistant scout master of his troop prior to college. He loves the outdoors and his hobbies include fly fishing, snow skiing, and hunting. Kevin was also a competitive powerlifter and holds multiple state records and an elite total.
Even though Kevin is vertically challenged he is strikingly good looking.
Jennifer Martin
Jennifer Martin brings a fresh outlook on recruiting to Titan. Her youthful enthusiasm seems to rub off on all the people that she encounters. She is a recruiter that believes in building personal relationships with her consultants and clients, and believes in putting their needs as top priority.
Jennifer has been a true Texan her entire life. She grew up in Dallas, Texas where she continued her education at Texas Tech University. With a Corporate Communications degree in hand, she then moved back to Dallas in hopes of finding a career she was passionate about. That is when Jennifer found recruiting!
Jennifer ventured into the recruiting world after graduating in December of 2006. The primary focus of her career started out in the ERP realm. Beginning her career at a start up company, she moved solely into the SAP market and joined Titan in September of 2007. You can find Jennifer spending time with her twin sister Stephanie, her boyfriend Kyle, or her boxer-mix dog Mya who keeps her occupied when she is not at the Titan offices.
Jennifer Caddell
After being a stay-at-home mom for over 8 years, Jennifer joined the Titan team as the event coordinator. Focusing mostly on coordinating tradeshows and seminars, Jennifer also handles special events for Titan. Before starting a family, Jennifer coordinated fundraising and special events with the National Paralysis Foundation.
Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Kelly, and two active boys. The Caddell family is involved at Prestonwood Baptist Church where they direct a Bible Fellowship Class and volunteer in the children’s ministry. Whether on the soccer fields or volunteering as a grade level coordinator or silent auction co-chair at school, Jennifer enjoys being a part of the community and being involved with as many activities that includes their boys.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science from Baylor University in 1991.
Mindy Bandiera
At Titan, Mindy focuses on accounting and other administrative duties. She graduated with a BA from the University of Dallas and began her career in banking. She worked at EDS for several years doing system training. In addition to working at Titan, Mindy is full-time mother of twin boys. When the opportunity arises, Mindy loves to travel with her husband and sons to the beach. She currently holds the family record in Wii Bowling having achieved a perfect score of 300.
Steve Gorrell
Steve Gorrell has 18 years of experience in a Business Development capacity. After graduating from Cornerstone University in 1990 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, he moved to Bloomington, IL to begin his career. He started in the jewelry industry where he quickly fell in love with the concept of relationship-oriented business process. The son of a retired scientist and brother to two IT technologists, it was Steve’s goal to move into a more technical field. In 1999 Steve moved into the IT services world where he would be able to maintain a relationship-oriented role, but in a much faster paced and exciting environment. Over the past nine years he has maintained a Business Development role while also serving in recruiting and management. Steve values the relationship above all else. You can count on him to learn as much as possible about you and your business in order to maximize his effectiveness for your organization. You can expect a sense of urgency as well as a sense of humor when working with Steve.
Steve became familiar with Titan Consulting through a friend, and then quickly became aware of the company’s reputation of truly being client-focused and extremely effective. Impressed by this rare combination, Steve joined Titan in Chicago in 2006. His enthusiasm for his job is obvious. He thoroughly enjoys his clients and coworkers, taking great pride in Titan’s ability to understand and deliver.
Steve lives in Wheaton, Illinois with his wife and two children where he enjoys coaching youth soccer and working on his golf game.
