Titchfield Comedy Club: General Info

Band Members	The Titchfield Comedy Club Sadly the club is now closed. The last show was on 27th September 2006 and the closing act (entirely by coincidence) was Johnny Jet who had been the very first act to appear at the club's opening night on 12th July 2006. Despite a promising start, and fantastic comedians I'm afraid the audience just wasn't there and it became uneconomic to contunue, not to mention the fact that the comedians were often coming a very long way to perform in front of the smallest audience since a Jeffrey Archer book launch. I would like to thank all those who have offered advice, help and support during the club's short life, and especially the acts who have amazed me with their kind words of support and encouragement, both while the club was running and since it's closure. Despite the disappointment of this venture, some valuable lessons have been learnt, and we will continue to promote local comedy events and support the amazing comedy talent that is all around us under the You Jest! banner.
