Exclusive beats are $200 To lease a beat is $50 When you purchase a beat for an exclusive you will receive everything all tracked out so your engineer can fine tune everything. You will also receive a .WAV file so you can hear how I mixed it so your engineer will have a reference on how I mixed it. You can also go to www.soundclick.com/tivproductions for more tracks. Below is my agreement for leasing and purchasing exclusive rights to a track. LEASING RIGHTS: You will receive a .MP3 file of the song with only 1 tag at the beginning. The song file will be delivered digitally. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to me (TIVproductions) on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, TIVproductions still owns the beat(s) and I am still able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS: You will receive a .Wav file of the beat and you will also receive all tracks tracked out completely, with only one tag at the beginning. The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat. TIVproductions may no longer lease or sell the beat/song. I will also receive royalties for each track I produced and that percentage that will be discussed agreed on by both parties with another contract, and you must also give full credit to me (TIVproductions) on all commercial recordings.
