D~J~ RAY	Jun 15 2009 7:34 PM hey.. yea.. i did get that job, but i stood them up actually... i went to the gig on sat afternoon.. it was at one oclock and i showed up at 11 30.. wanted to get started early. anyway when i get there, i ask the owner Bob.. where wooudl you like me to set up, he says"the guy that hired you will be here in awhile, hang out and he'll tell you where to set up. " i say ok. 15 mins go by and my equipment is in my hot ass truck. so i ask the bartender, if maybe the guy that hired me spoke to her about where i need to set up at. she walks out side and goes and asks bob who then yells.. " I FUCKIN TOLD HIM TO WAIT A LITTLE WHILE".. it was just about that time a drunk guy gets in his car in the parkinlot of the bar and starts to back out with out looking.. i didnt see him and had some of those people that were sitting there not yelled at his dumb ass he would have not stopped less then six inches from me.. effin guy almost hit me jen.. i really am sorry that i walked away from that, i am more proffessional then that, i hope you know that.. but nobody is gonna yell at me and dam sure hit me with a car. so i left.. it wasnt worth the money.. i gave a deal for 150 bucks, and it wasnt worth it. they were very unorganized. so i understand if your mad at me, but they couldnt have paid me enuff to stay there. so it would be great if you come out and see me. i work on thurs and fridays so feel free. um.. i wanted to aslk you about your cordless mics. i am lookin into buying some but am worried cuz i have read bad reviews bout voco pro.. is that what you have?
