I like movies, TV, comics, and the other kind of books (ya know, the ones with pictures.)
Music
Johnny Cash (especially the 5 CD set "Unearthed"), Prince, The Cure, The Cult, The Bravery, Hayseed Dixie, Matis Yahu, Elvis Presley, James Blunt, Lauryn Hill, Richard Cheese, Jason Mraz, Eminem, U2, Gnarls Barkley, David Bowie, George Strait, Flight of the Conchords, The Beatles, Garth Brooks, Sting, TQ, and lots of other stuff.
Movies
A lot. Really.
Television
"Arrested Development." Go buy it on DVD. NOW!!! You won't regret it. "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", "Angel", "Firefly". All from Joss Whedon. He's a genius. Believe me. "The Office" is... well, it's so real and awkward and funny that it's given me actual physical pain while watching. In a good way. And I'm starting to really like "30 Rock" in spite of Tina Fey. Everything that Tracy Morgan and Alec Baldwin do is gold. I also recommend "Smallville", "Justice League Unlitmited" and "Match Game 76".I'm sure there's more I'll think of later, so stay tuned.
I enjoyed CMT's Gone Country. Words can't describe how wonderful it was watching a sleep-walking Bobby Brown very nearly pee on Dee Snider from Twisted Sister.
Books
"Sandman" Vols 1 through 5 by Neil Gaiman. The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" books. I'm wading slowly through the complete works of William Shakespeare. "The Zombie Survival Guide" by Max Brooks. Just finished Johnny Cash's autobioigraphy, "Cash by Johnny Cash." "Invincible" by Robert Kirkman. And lots of other comics... I'm a geek.
And I'm just starting the "Harry Potter" books. I've seen the first three movies, but I think I'm going to hold off watching the rest until I've finished all the books.
I'm jumping around in book called "What is a Man?" It's an analysis of different aspects of manhood from the works of people like Chaucer, William Shakespeare, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Kurt Cobain, and a slew of others I can't recall. It's an engaging, thought-provoking read. I could read the "What is a man?" soliloquy from Hamlet over and over and over. I may have it put on my tombstone.
Heroes
Johnny Cash, William Shatner, Jack Kirby, Joss Whedon, and the list of Lee's: Stan Lee, Jim Lee, Jason Lee, Jason Scott Lee, Lee Meriwether, Jae Lee, Lee Van Cleef, Geddy Lee, Tommy Lee, Ang Lee, Jet Li, Christopher Lee, Jerry Lee Lewis, Lee Marvin, Jamie Lee Curtis, Portia Di Rossi, Lee Majors, and Tommy Lee Jones.
Looking for an artist for a couple of different graphic novel ideas. They are very different from one another. One is a surreal, comedic semi-autobiography. The other is a political thriller with superheroes and slightly satirical undertones.
Terry LaCaze is pretty much done with myspace. You can all find him on facebook. One love!! view more
About me: I was born in 1979. which basically means that the 80s were a wonderful blur to me. I like ninjas, comics, my black leather jacket, good tv, bad music, dirty jokes, math, spiders, and cats.
i dislike rednecks, little dogs, rednecks, ladybugs, rednecks, and most teenagers.
my favorite scar is on my left leg and is a beer-related injury.
i'm married. she's super hot and funny and way smarter than me, which basically means that i have no idea why she'd bother with me, but i won't argue with her about it. i've recently moved to kansas city, mo to be closer to her. i know approximately 7 people in this state, so if there's any nerds out there in the KCMO area that would like to talk nerdy things, gimme a holler.

Who I'd like to meet: People. Mostly just smart, smart-ass people with varying opinions.Interesting people who know who Joss Whedon is and still think Han should have shot first. People who don't mind talking politics as long we all continue to realize that all politicians are crooks. People who understand that it's okay to like bad movies. (my favorite bad movie of all time is... well, why don't you ask me?) People who are odd, but not people that are odd just for the sake of being odd. People who are odd for the sake of being themselves. People who believe in... whatever, I don't care what. Just believe. People that love to laugh. People that won't make fun of me for loving MOULIN ROGUE. Intense, passionate people. Moral and creative people. Artists. Musicians. Writers. Creators. People that live to change the world around them. People that make me want to be a better me. Also, the greatest living actor in the world, William Shatner.

Yeah, that one. And yes, it showed your badge. Consider me impressed. I'm not sure exactly what time Paul was going to leave. He said Friday morning, but morning to me is anything before noon... He said he'd call and work out details when it was closer to date. I'm excited about coming up there!
So I got the e-mail about the movie thing. I think we were coming up there that night... Are you ditching us, or are we all supposed to go see it?? Also, I bought some leg-warmers last night.
Well, I ran into your brother today.. and he seems to think I'm riding with him to your party. But he said we would stay with you guys... If I could get off work, would that be okay with you and Adriane?
Okay then... small problem. I may not be able to go to the bachelor party. I'd asked off for the weekend before that... Ya know, because you told me it was that weekend. :| So other than all that, how's the wedding planning coming along?
Nooo... not Nov. 1. You said the weekend before Halloween. That's after. I know. Cause I called and asked and you called me back when I was at work and I wrote on the work calendar that I needed off October 25 and 26.
