TJ Moss Band mixes pop, rock, soul, Fenders and firewater to create their own unique brand of rock and roll. This Astoria, Queens based trio was recently featured in TimeOut New York magazine for “Battle of the Bands: Brooklyn vs. Queens”, which they proceeded to win. Their song “It’s Over” was featured as the finale-winning performance on Bravo’s hit show, Step it Up and Dance last summer.
Why? Because people like them. Their debut album Conundrum, produced by Mark Turrigiano (Ingrid Michaelson, Girls and Boys) will be released this summer, followed by a West Coast tour. Their catchy hooks and funky groves leave no booty unshaken. As cover songs go, they make the old ones new, and the new ones different. (Better? Better.) Bottom line: TJ Moss Bands brings it: Energy, Soul, Crowd Pleasing Good Times!
