About me: Hello, friends! Hope life's treatin ya alright. I'm workin on finishing up culinary school and workin the line at Bardo over in Ghent (I guess that kinda makes me a semi-resident?). I hope to finish school by the end of this summer and pick up a kitchen somewhere shortly thereafter. I have lots of great ideas so if you have a spot, I have a menu for ya!
