Artwork Commissions

Price depends on difficulty and detail going into the image.

• Pencil Sketches: $5 - $10
• Inked Drawings: $6 - $11
• Colored Pencil: $7 - $12 (The Pencils I use)
• CG'd Work: $10 - $15 (Includes PSD on disk as well as the printed image)
• Photo Manipulaiton: $12 - $18 (Includes PSD on disk as well as the printed image)

Logo & Design Services

All Design Services come in a zipped folder with all of the needed files. There is an additional fee if a font needs to be purchased, please e-mail me for a list of fonts.

Please make sure you specify whether you would like me to code it or not, and if so, please specify between PHP (dynamic inclusion & subpages) or HTML. I will also code a CSS stylesheet for you.

Order Information

To order please download the Order Form and fill it out with all of the necessary information. You can then scan the finished document (or fill it out in MS Paint, Photoshop, or a similar program) and e-mail it to: tequilalcorbly@gmail.com. If you choose to send it through the snail mail, please e-mail me for my address.

Other Information

All of the above service options will be done in stages (preliminary sketches, mock-ups, etc...), all of which will be e-mailed out for your consideration prior to me taking final steps on your work.

If needed, or wanted, you can add cost of a font to your service (this is only if you do not like fonts that I have provided, or what I have done). Please let me know if you choose this option, as I will pay for the font, and give you a discount on the font cost (50% off if you go through me).

To make your commission/design process faster, please consider my payment schedule.

1. Prepay a 25% deposit of the total cost prior to execution of the project.
2. Payment in full, or the remaining balance is to be paid within 15 days from reciept of the final invoice.

I charge a ten percent "Kill" or Cancelation fee. This option is added into all contracts. Want to know what it is? Please read below...

A cancellation fee should be paid when the artwork satisfies the client's stated requirements, but the client decides, for reasons outside the artist's control, not to use it.
For example:
- the artwork was intended to accompany an article that has been killed;
- unforeseen space limitations don't leave enough room for artwork.

I also charge a ten percent Rejection fee. Please read below for a description.

A rejection fee should be paid when the artwork does not satisfy the client's stated requirements. When this happens, the causes are, in theory at least, within the artist's control.
For example:
- the artwork unexpectedly deviates from the artist's traditional style;
- the final artwork is not consistent with the preliminary sketches or roughs that were accepted by the client.

1. The issue of copyright does NOT go away just because a project has been killed. When a project is cancelled, the client still obtains all of the originally agreed-upon rights to the use of the artwork upon payment of the cancellation fee (unless there is a written agreement that the rights revert to the artist if the project is cancelled). When artwork is rejected, the client has chosen NOT to obtain any rights to the use of the artwork.
2. If the contract does not mention a kill fee, there is no guarantee that one will be paid.

I reserve permission to post all work to my portfolio website(s), galleries, published editorials, etc.

Service Tracker

To help you out when you commission me, I have set up a Service Tracker using dotProject. The minute I have your information you will be e-mailed a confirmation with pre-pay and your tracker information so you can log in and see how and what all I have on my plate at any time.

Upon completion of your commission you have the choice to keep your account, or to have it removed if you do not plan on comissioning me again.
