I'm 22 years, from Germany and can't really play any of the instrument I used for recording my songs. The instruments I've used and abused were a 3-string electric guitar, a cheap thrift store acoustic guitar, a Casio rapman and worst of all, my voice. I also utilized a few other things, like an old radio from the 70's and my cell-phone, with which I've recorded outdoor noises and did some field recordings. All things mixed together on tape with a fourtrack recorder, and then put on PC.
