In the beginning…
A group unofficially formed in the tail end of 2003, sprung from jam sessions and un-rehearsed gigs held in their home town of Kettering, Northants. Tmart and the Raiders however kicked into gear and became a fully fledged band in the early part of 2005, writing their own material and giging around the country.
After winning Kettering Battle of the Bands 2005, The Raiders song writing skills, live performance and raw talent was obviously working well. 2006 saw The Raiders winning the Mansfield Battle of the Bands crown too.
Between this and since then Tmart and the Raiders have played many, many venues around the country. Playing alongside the likes of Ed Tudor Pole, 4ft Fingers, Eddie and the Hot Rods, and Wilko Johnson to name a few. Now after completing the recording of their 2nd EP, the Raiders are ready once again to show you what they can do.
With their electric tastes and ‘in your face’ live performances, Tmart and the Raiders are a band not to be missed!
