I own and operate a website that is a on-stop shop for all metal music news, reviews, and information. I'm always looking for new ways to bring information to my visitors.
Taking things to the next level for ~a href="http://www.tmology.com">www.tmology.com ~/a> means having the opportunity to interview artists about their music and things going on in their lives and post that interview on my website.
My friends simply call me "tmo". So since you're here, you might as well do the same...
I'm a native North Carolinian from a relatively small town where I live with my lovely wife of over seventeen years, two beautiful children, and three spoiled dogs.
My two passions in life are computer technology and music that invokes tremendous pain for the majority of people. I've dedicated the last fifteen years of my life to learning every technology I could get my hands on. Throughout my career, I've been extremely lucky to work with some of the smartest people in the technology industry. I now work for a high growth managed services organization. My position has allowed me the opportunity to hone my leadership skills and continue to grow as a technologist in an industry that travels at light speed.
The purpose of www.tmology.com has changed over its short life. What was meant to be a technology/music information site has turned into a sort of metal music shrine. My hobby is centered on metal music including collecting every album of every artist in the genre and attending their concerts as frequently as possible. I spend most of my spare time (my wife would tell you I spend all of my spare time) heads-down in an attempt to consolidate the information related to metal music using varying methods of madness. This madness leads to frequent sessions in front of a computer screen at all hours of the night researching the musical genre that drives a guttural sense of consciousness; music that does not get airplay on commercial radio and can be measured by the number of demonstrators outside the venue where it's being played. =On www.tmology.com, you'll find metal related music news, reviews, and live RSS feeds all at your fingertips. I'll also keep you updated on my MP3 collection and even let you browse the library on your own. The ultimate goal is to bring the information related to metal music together under a single site for the convenience of those who share my interest.
If you haven't already done so, check out the rest of the site and tell me what you think...
