About Tobacco Jam

Tobacco Jam started as a recording project in the autumn 2007. From the beginning there where just two of us recording some songs, but we soon discovered that we needed more instruments to take the music to the next level. We asked some friends to help us out, and the band was being formed.

Tobacco Jams music is a mix of foremost bluegrass and country, but with a slight touch of blues, rock n’ roll, jazz, or even other genres, depending on which song we play.

Janne, Ulf, Anna and Pigge have occurred earlier in other bands within the genre. Peter and Magnus were new to this kind of music when they joined the band, but have in a short time grown into the genre, and made this kind of old American-related music theirs.

We hope you enjoy the music, and we are looking forward to do a live performance near you.
