Have you heard about Sky?

Sky Holeman was sent home from school for wearing a pentacle on her face on Beltaine then again on the next day, for six of them. In the shape of tears.
A BRAVE STATEMENT OF NON-VIOLENT RESISTANCE.

Sign this petition in solidarity with her and her parents:

This was after other students tore her pentacle from her neck. Then her necklaces were taken by the teachers and never given back.

The teachers at her school tormented her about being Pagan. Our children are the most vulnerable to Religious Intolerance. They have no defense against a teachers claims.

On my profile I have posted a picture of my face with the same pentacle I wore to school.

Send me a picture of you wearing your pentacle on your face, (OR COMMENT MY PROFILE WITH IT.) I'll post some on our petition against this action.

Show your solidarity wear it to work and school and when they ask about your pentacle, tell people what happened to Sky.

In college now to get a bachelors degree in Computer Networking and Information Technology.
Then, when I can pay for it, I am going to go to law school. I am going to be a Civil Rights Lawyer. I bet I am even more controversial then buck-o! Look out naysayers, I'll sue!

I like to enjoy life, and help others to do the same.

I believe that there is a heaven or hell. It is right here, and it is what we make of it. (So if Jesus comes back to take you home, I am looking forward to that 1,000 years of Peace. SNICKER, SNICKER.)

I believe that through self-empowerment, and empowering others through co-operation, that we can accomplish anything... Just by using the five steps of Problem Solving.

Oh and did I mention things I do not like...
Oh, corporate person hood, I own and share my business with others, and I would suffer the consequences if I did something that injured someone through my company... As if it could.

Oh, the fact that we, (as in American Corporations, and consuming Americans as a whole, 'support this system',) control 83% of the worlds resources, destroy,(as in waste,) 3/4 of this to turn a profit. Leaving only 17% independently owned by individuals and communities, and dispersed to the rest of the world.

No wonder people in Ethiopia are starving.
