Alright dudes, we're back!! Apologies for being a bit quiet of late, but as you'll read in this newsletter we've been rather busy and needed to keep our heads down for a bit!! Lots to tell you about - from our legendary closing party at Turnmills, to our trip to Snowbombing, plus some very exciting news about future parties including the official announcement of our new ‘home' at SCALA, Kings Cross. We also reveal our plans for the summer – which includes a visit to Ibiza and our very own tent at the Get Loaded in the Park festival on Clapham Common!! All in all, plenty of hot Together gossip. Lovely jubbly.....
Turnmills Closing Party It was a fairytale ending for Turnmills over the Easter Weekend and Together was honoured to have been a part of the clubs historic closure... as I'm sure you were all too. We can honestly that we've never witnessed an atmosphere like it, crikey, we're getting goose bumps just writing this!! Teaming up with our electronic predecessors Heavenly Social, the last ever Together at Turnmills was simply legendary. The ChemicalBrothers and Fatboy Slim were the special guests, cancelling holidays and such like just to be there!! Typically both sets were from another planet, as was all the music on the night from Together ressies Justin Robertson, Anil Chawla, John Kennedy and Streelife DJs and guests FC Kahuna, James Holroyd, Uncle Buck, Nathan Detroit and the Heavenly gang. Turnmills we salute you. Thanks for the memories.
Together @ Snowbombing!! A week later, and with our heads just about back to normal post-Turnmills, the Together gang packed our thermals and headed off to Austria for a week of skiing, Jaegger-bombs and partying at Snowbombing!!! We hosted our debut Together party on the last night of the week at this wicked wooden gaff called The Schussel. A proper good rave den and our 80s theme seemed to bring out the best/worst in everyone!! Our DJ stallions – Justin Robertson, Anil Chawla and Streelife DJs provided the electronic beats and Roast Groove joined us on the decks. Massive thanks to everyone who booked their holiday via Together, and Hi to everyone we met along the way!! Word from the Snowbombing camp is that we'll deffo be invited back next year... so for those of you who didn't make it, please try and come next year, cos it's too good to miss. Some pix below from the party...

"The Animal Rave"
Saturday 28th June 2008
** SCALA LAUNCH PARTY **
It's our great pleasure to announce that TOGETHER will be re-launching on Saturday 28th June at SCALA, Kings Cross. We've searched high and low for the perfect new space to play in and like Turnmills, SCALA is a multi-roomed, labyrinth-style venue (getting lost is fun right?), with its own unique character and a killer new soundsystem. It's just up the road from our famous former venue and its bang slap in the middle of Kings Cross / St Pancras International. We return with the same serious take on new music and the same serious take on being silly!! Plus, we're bringing with us all the best bits from Turnmills and embracing our new venue to the fullest to create a new phat chunk of dancefloor happiness. Hoorah!!
To kick things off TOGETHER PRESENTS “ THE ANIMAL RAVE”. If you haven't already guessed, the theme is of course ‘Animal fancy dress'(see below for costume ideas and more info on all the silly stuff we've got planned!!) – which we reckon we be a belter!!! DJ wise, we've pulled out all the stops to bring you what we think is one of our best ever line-ups. From Ed Banger, we welcome the king, Busy P and his hip-hop prince DJ Mehdi. From Institubes, we bring you Surkin and also from across the pond we bring you noize-maker Yuksek who debuted at Together back in Jan 08. Throw into the mix a live set from the uber-hot Dusty Kid, a bleepy bass set from Boy 8-Bit and your standard excellence from our residents Justin Robertson, Anil Chawla and Streetlife DJs and you've got all the makings of another classic Together party. We also welcome London party starters dollop to host one of the rooms with their resident rockers, plus watch out for the Uniondjs – another fresh up-and-coming DJ duo we're tipping for big things this year.
A Limited number of Early Bird tickets are now on sale priced only £12 + booking fee, so make sure you snap ‘em up whilst stocks last. This event will sell out, so get your tickets now and start planning what you're gonna wear! Meow!!

We've been invited to co-host a party with the Groove Armada and Lovebox gang at Eden as part of Pete Tong's new Wonderland project. We'll be taking over the backroom with Together residents Justin Robertson and Anil Chawla joining the GA guys on the decks and YOU'RE INVITED!! TOGETHER HOSTS OWN TENT @ GET LOADED IN THE PARK Back on home soil a month later, ace festival organisers GET LOADED IN THE PARK have given us our VERY OWN TENT (yes really!) at their amazing festival on Clapham Common on Bank Holiday Sunday 24th August.
