TOKOTA started playing together back in the summer of 2005. Six months later, they reached the finals of Humo's Rock Rally 2006. The band's first single We Talk About received airplay on Studio Brussel (and other radio stations) and reached number 8 in Humo's Top 20 Singles. The videoclip was featured on both TMF and JimTV.
During the summer of 2007 TOKOTA recorded their first six-track EP which was released in November. The new single All So Clear has entered the playlists of Studio Brussel, FM Brussel and even Kink FM (NL) and spent 7 weeks in Humo's Top 20 Singles (2 weeks at number 8). The videoclip can be seen on TMF & JimTV.
