Chief Network is a self-made visionary who hails out of Cleveland. Like any diamond in the rough, he has many facets to him that embody the ultimate entrepreneur. As a writer, he has created personal memoirs of struggle in the urban community and collaborated with fellow writers such as Bruce Ballard to further the message. Tomahawk Records is at it again as they collaborate their two top of the line producers Chief Network & Jai Kincaid of Drastik Measurez Productions for a CD album entitled “The Stimulus Package”. The Duo has the music production of Hip-Hop, R&B and Pop with the talent of different artists featured on tracks through out the CD. Chief Network & Jai Kincaid have found the best talent and want to expose their musical artist talents and skills through their music production. What make them one of the best producers in game are their different sounds and instruments that most producers are nervous to touch.
Alnarcius “Citisin Kane“Wells was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Citisin Kane has been involved in music since 1992, and has been a part of tomahawk records since 2002. I am one third of the group life Innovations and a producer for tomahawk records .I have a versatile style of hip hop and I am open to work with others as a producer and as well as an artist. My favorite collaborations are R&B tracks. As an artist I have put together various shows and community service projects throughout northeast Ohio and nearby cities. Some of the shows I have been in are opening up for local and national artist such as Paul Wall ,Ray Cash, Z107.9 Pepsi smash and spin fest a local car show on the docks in Cleveland and I have performed at Cleveland’s famous Agora theater. I had a review in the scene magazine in 2008 for my work on The Prescription 2 project and I also produced 2 tracks on The Prescription 1 project which can both be seen on www.billboard.com. I am also a registered ASCAP member. My motto is if you keep an open mind good things will come.
Cinnamon Quinones was born August 12, 1990, in Cleveland, OH. She spent most of her life helping her mother out with her little sister, but in her spare time she would write little songs for fun or turn a poem of hers into a song. During her high school years she was a band dancer for her high school John Adams, until they stopped that activity at her school. Cinnamon also has a daughter named Promise who she also cares for. Knowing that her brother “Jai Kincaid” from Drastik Measurez and her cousin “Chief Network” from Tomahawk Records, she finally spoke up and got the opportunity to be heard. Cinnamon turns her thoughts or words into poetry and turning them into poetry to connect with people in similar situations or just to show her true side to people.
Urban Contemporary R&B singer ALEXION, whose moniker refers to his smooth persuasive conversation. Born Cory Bryant in Cleveland, Ohio became interested in music at an early age. He also recorded solo & collaborating songs sporadically, beginning with his 2009 debut song, “LISTEN”. He kept increasingly busy behind the scenes as a songwriter and vocalist. As a youth, he was able to develop his singing ability around is local friends and peers. As a teenager, became interested in writing and singing but didn’t have the avenue to put out his special talent. Until one day he linked up with Chief Network of Tomahawk Records who was working on a solo album and put Alexion on board in 2009. Now Alexion has found all of his strengths in which certifies the name ALEXION an R&B triple threat artist!
Latrice Miles was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1980. As a child, she became her family’s backbone when they needed a helping hand. She started her career doing guest vocals, appearing on many big name hits. Miles appeared on Alexion’s hit songs “Listen" and Chief Network’s “Stimulate”. She discovered her vocal talent with her brother Alexion as they collaborated on many different mix tape tracks and many music productions. It was in 2009 when Chief Network had heard and seen the potential talent she possessed as he brought her along as a vocalist for the label. Be prepared as she gets stronger and better as Tomahawk Records progress.
Life Innovations was started in 2000 by three cousins, Alnarcius (Citizen Kane) Wells, Demerise (D-Gambit) Lawrence, and Ramone (Sunny Black) Lawrence. The group is from Cleveland, Ohio where they have been into music for 11 years trying to accomplish their life long goal as musical entertainers.
Life Innovations has been involved in various community service acts and community projects. In June of 2005, the group had a break in their first opening act for Inspectah Deck (from The Wu-Tang Clan) at Peabody’s downunder nightclub.
In addition, the group has opened up for various artist such as: Paul Wall, Bizzy Bone, Ray Cash, Members of Making the Band 2, Yukmouth, and Freeway. The group also headlined at the HI/FI on the 4th anniversary of the hip-hop spitboxing venue of Cleveland.
On November the 5th of 2005 we also helped put together and was apart of the freedom, speech, and poetry concert, which was free for the whole community at Randall Park Mall in North Randall, Ohio. It was the first hip hop show to be performed live in that location at that particular time.
Life Innovations became apart of Tomahawk Records in 2004. From that point we've went on to sell over 200 copies of the mixtape classics vol. 1 in the first month, and many since it's release. Also we were featured on the Prescription Vol. 1, produced by Tomahawk Records. Life Innovations mission is to bring back the soul music, and hip-hop, which it was once known for.

Which later on link up with a new surprising rap superstar & producer “HUB MONEY” in 2007. Each artist has performed at various venues, shows, concerts, and festivals around the United States. Tomahawk Nation brings a new energy of HIP-HOP t o the game with their style of positive energy through words and performances. The group is always helping out in charities and community events. The best thing about this new Hip-Hop group they’re only going to get better and better as time progress.
