It was SO sweet of you to think of me on my birthday...I was actually recovering from a concussion sustained from restraining a student :-( I'm still recovering, and I still have a spot in my eye that I keep thinking is a spot on my glasses, but I know that I really need to get back to the classroom. The doctor's restrictions have kept me out of the classroom this week, until after my follow up appt on Monday.
Thank you sooo much for the encouraging and sweet words!! It was great meeting you to! Maybe next time it will be under different conditions. I am glad to hear you are doing better! I know you had alot to do when you came back. By the way, we still need to karaoke. I know Adam will fight us on this, but deep down he enjoys it....your home video of him and karaoke was very telling...ha ha ha...I told him to stop fighting his calling. Maybe next time we come to Atlanta you will be able to cut loose and do a song or two for us yourself! Let me or Adam know if you need anything!! I know he always wants to help...that is just who he is!
