Before Rick, I played in Florida bands Wanted (1985-86), Thatcher (1988), Strutter (1990) and Hangar 18 (1990-91). After the A-Circuit fell apart, I worked for Pat Travers Band (1992-93) as drum tech for my good friend drummer Kevin Neal. After Kevin moved on, I had the honor of teching for legendary drummer, Aynsley Dunbar. My dream of playing with Travers came true when I filled in for Aynsley on a couple shows.
I went to work for Derringer as a tech/tour manager in 1994. After drummer David "Plywood" Pressley had to leave to take care of his ailing Mother, I was offered the job I am proud to have to this day, back playing drums.. After 15 years, I am still amazed at Rick's talent.
Also, I'm doing show advance/tour travel for the Lovin' Spoonful.. The guys are very cool and still rockin! .
