Born in Louisiana, Tom played drums in a high school band called The Tremolos. After a hitch in the Navy and two college degrees from LSU, he was now a guitar player. Tom moved to Sacramento in 1978 and played lead guitar in local bands until 1984. Since then he has focused on song writing and recording in his home studio. In the last year or so Tom began performing live again with friend and guitarist/songwriter James Israel.
