About me:

......I'm a geek, always interested in learning new things and meeting new people. I love people; they really fill me with joy. Old friends, new friends, and complete strangers are always likely to make my day. However, I do like to know new add requests are if it's not obvious. If you want to add me to your friends list, please message me how I know you, or that I don't know you and you just found me. I hate getting ads and not having a clue who the person is. I live in northern California, and work in the Insurance industry doing desktop publishing. I've spent many years doing various forms of graphics and publishing work from print design, to corrogated cardboard, and office administration. Now I'm doing lots of techinical editing, making documents look pretty for clients. If you want to geek out with me, talk about Microsoft Office, Apple Macinitosh or the print industry. When I need to vent, I'm into Call of Duty2, which I enjoy playing with my coworker Jim. In my free time I also love to play hand drums such as the Dumbek (middle eastern) and the Bodhran (Irish/Celtic). My main hobby, however, is working at Renaissance faires throughout northern California. Some day I hope to be able to travel to other states to do the same. I work with two different guilds (clubs) www.stamaria.com and specialize in working with renaissance firearms (Matchlock muskets / arquebus) and greeting people coming to the faires. I'd like to give a big hearty Huzzah to all of you faire folk out there who make up the majority of friends I have. You are the family that I choose and I love working with you.
