Tommy Holmes is singer/songwriter living in Los Angeles. Originally from San Jose California, Tommy taught himself to play piano at age 9 and guitar at age 11. Known for strong melodies and thoughtful lyrics, Tommy works hard to tell the truth in his songs. "My songs are an extension of my life. When working on a song I always ask myself if I'm telling the truth about myself or my beliefs. I think you can tell when a songwriter is speaking his or her truth and when they are faking it. I never want to fake it. Never!"
Recently Tommy was asked to write and record songs for the film 39 Pounds of Love. Tommy has also had several songs featured on national televison shows such as ABC's The Nine, The WB's Dawson's Creek and UPN's Jake 2.0. Tommy can be found playing various venues in the greater Los Angles and the greater Boston area in the spring and summer. For more information check out www.TommyHolmes.com

Hi Uncle Tommy!! I miss you so much. You know, I've been listening to your music on here since I found you and I just had to tell you how talented and wonderful you are. Your music grabs my heart and soul, and I feel so connected to it. I have so many memories of listening to it with Syd and Mom, and seeing you play with the Passion Addicts. : ) Your music got me thru some shit when I was younger. With all my dad crap and learning how to accept Daniel into our life and family. I'll never forget those beautiful moments.
And now, once again, I am all alone out here and your music makes me feel so at home. Sometimes it's painful, but only because I miss home, and my family so much. I am so grateful to have your beautiful, familiar voice to listen to when I feel so far away. I love you with all of my heart, and look up to you just as much. Thank you for being so wonderful.
