Tommy was discovered cowering in an underground bunker in 2004 wearing only one black sock and clutching a £40 USB mic in his grubby hands. He claimed to have great skill at tearing up a 'phat beat' as he put it, unfortunately this skill lies unseen and unheard of among even Tommy's closest and dearest friends. Nevertheless he insists on recording copius amounts of poor quality hip hop in the ever fading hope of being able to escape his middle-class, Daily Mail, roots and really get down to ripping up sets and being allowed to hang with the cool cats at the adults table.

Rogan with a Cheeky August Update: Hold Onto Your Hats Ladies Theres a Wind Blowing!
Bit of an update really and things are starting to actually come together. From poor quality releases from my bedroom we have finally managed to secure some studio time and make our own proper beats. The set up that had been used before literally was stretching imagination and basic knowledge of an altogether pretty shit setup. I personally have an (admitted) basic knowledge of music producing, so Ill Fingas has taken over personnel on the beats. I'm working from a technical side - getting the mixtape together, giving advice on the beats and basically biggin up Ill Fingas to anyone who will listen. To cut a long and boring monologue short: we are producing stuff on a decent set up and hopefully it'll show. I have now uploaded Cillit Twang (a simple but tasty banger that should get heads nodding), Fox Gloves (contains a completely different beat than featured before, some very nice work by Andy & Ill Fingas on the beat) and Sweet Sixteen (a new bassline has been added, making it alot jazzier, give it a listen). We got plenty of new tunes to come, which should hopefully entertain, enlighten and offend.
Big Ups to Andy for his continued time and effort - check out Immaturity Studios (http://www.myspace.com/immaturitystudio).

[MPR10] Kenei - Shockwaves EP – 2 x 12” vinyl & digital download
After a string of successful releases aswell as performing his live act in a good many countries, Kenei has become a name synonymous with cutting edge dancefloor drum & bass.
For his first EP, he decided this was an opportunity to collaborate with talented producers & friends Proktah & Brainfuzz on “Shockwaves” & “Trust no one”. Bulletproof’s huge “Black Salvation” gets revisited whereas Kenei’s girlfriend was on microphone duties for “Innocence”.
With this latest offering, he’s managed to conjure up an enthralling mixture of eerie yet beautiful atmospherics, delicate synthwork, crunching drums & infectious basslines...Without forgetting that all important ingredient: a healthy dose of funk. The perfect balance of high-octane dancefloor energy & intricate progression & details.

For our 3rd digital outing, we bring you something different with 2 slices of robotic funk... Stereotype & Structural come with a slick technoid number: «Ozone» combines smooth synthwork with a fat low end, definitely one for the bassbins!!
