Tommy Talton was a founding member of 70s Capricorn Records group Cowboy. While in Macon, GA through most of the 70s, Tommy was a studio musician recording with artists such as Bonnie Bramlett, Martin Mull, Corky Lang (West, Bruce and Lang, Mountain), Gregg Allman, Dickey Betts, Clarence Carter, country legend Kitty Wells, Alex and Livingston Taylor, Arthur Conley of Sweet Soul Music fame, and more. He toured extensively throughout the U.S. with Cowboy and with Gregg Allman's Laid Back tour, from Carnegie Hall (as special guests) to Fillmore West in San Francisco and most cities in between.
Tommy lived and toured in Europe throughout the 90s and formed a group there, called The Rebelizers, with members of Albert Lee's band Hogan's Heroes.
Tommy is now joined by three spirited, creative musicians from the southeast (Tallahassee and Birmingham).
Tony Giordano on the keybords has become a sought after southeastern musician. As a member of Full Black Out, he hit the scene and hasn't slowed for the last five years. Recording with the jazz/funk unit XINGO, releasing one album, Xinguism, and, moving on to tour with talented groups like Tishamingo, Captain Soularcat, The Sundogs and Justin Brogdon, has made Tony a wonderful musician to hear and see perform.
Chad Jackson has been playing the drums and singing for over 20 years. Whether recording in his studio, teaching his drum students, or playing Beatles songs on guitar, he openly demonstrates his complete obsession with sound on a daily basis. After playing in over 20 bands in Florida and Georgia, Chad’s quite happy to split his services between Ancient Harmony and The Tommy Talton Band.
Brandon Peeples on the bass is the perfect fit. Brandon is a passionate, schooled player, who has formal training in alto sax, drums, guitar and upright bass. He has played with the University of Alabama's Wind Symphony and Jazz Ensemble. He is a recipient of the Woody Herman jazz Award and the Patrick S. Gilmore Band award, and, has toured with B. and The Buzz for the last four years.
