Tom Sawyer is a digital DJ from London Town. He selects the very best in house music - tech house, techno, electro, fidget, jackin and plain old wonky wierdness - and mixes it all up in his unique and inimitable style to create something new and exciting.
What sets Tom apart from most other DJs is his embracing of new technology, shunning CDs and vinyl to become one with his computer and MIDI controller. This allows him to save time on doing the straightforward and tedious things like beatmatching and instead concentrate on tricks, effects and of course the all important tune selection. His sets are full of 4 deck mixing and multi-layered trickery, but he keeps it together in such a way as to create something truly unique and interesting.
You can find Tom DJing around London, and he also lays down a weekly podcast showcasing his newest tricks and tunes. He truly believes that his unique style and attitude to mixing will make him a star of the digital DJing world. Tom also likes to write about himself in the third person as he thinks it makes him sound important.
