Tom Taylor is an inspired Christian singer/songwriter. He has just released his second independent album, "New Arrival". Let me make sure you never again gloss over a passage of scripture found in Paul's letter to the church at Ephesus. In Ephesians 6:12, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." What Paul is saying here is simply this. Our battles, the real battles we fight are not physical battles, but they are spiritual battles We may be dealing with physical issues, but they are simply the manifestation of the spiritual battles going on in the heavenlies. This is so critical since even though we are fighting each day in the natural, if we are not fighting first in the spiritual, we will lose.
*I want to isolate this thought for you since it is one of the most important things I will ever tell you. Read this again. Even though we are fighting each day in the natural, if we are not fighting first in the spiritual, we lose!!!
Of course God knew this and that is why He gave us all that we would need to fight and win our battles in the spiritual realm. Did you think God would ask you to serve Him, to fight for Him, knowing satan would come after you and not take care of you? He has given you the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, our feet have the gospel of peace, He has given us the shield of faith, and the helmet of salvation. If you notice, there is something special about the armor of God. THERE IS NOTHING TO PROTECT THE BACK! Do you know why? GOD'S CHILDREN DON'T TURN AND RUN WE FIGHT MOVING FORWARD, PRESSING FORWARD TO THE PRIZE. COWARDS RETREAT, GOD'S CHILDREN PRESS ON, KNOWING THAT WE HAVE ALREADY WON THE VICTORY AND THAT SATAN IS A DEFEATED FOE!
Also, the child of God only has ONE offensive weapon. The sword, God's Word! The Bible says, "It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating even to the dividing of soul and spirit, joints and marrow." It is the only weapon the child of God needs

Last week somebody threw a big stone through the office's window during the night. Apparently just vandalism, but I'm not so sure. Anyway, one shouldn't specuylate without proof, I guess. Luckily only one of my friends knows where I work and he was in India at the time, so it couldn't have been him, haha! BUT, my office is in a house (bottom floor, facing the street) where 4 guys live: a.o. some refugees, and, sad to say, racism is not dead here in Belgium. Oh well, I just pray that it doesn't happen again. Otherwise, no real news. :-)

The Bible teaches us, "To obey is better than sacrifice." What an incredible truth this verse is for our day-to-day lives. It supports the verses of Ephesians 2:8-9 which tells us that our salvation is by faith and NOT of works. While God is concerned about what we do with our lives and the fruit that we can produce for the Kingdom from our efforts, He is first and foremost concerned with our obedience. You see, our obedience flows from a heart that is yielded to Him, a life that is surrendered to do HIS will and not OUR will.
This very day you will have a chance to obey or rebel against God. In reality, during the course of any given day, there are many opportunities that we consciously choose to obey or rebel against God but I want to focus on the very next decision that you have to make after reading these words.
IT IS NO ACCIDENT THAT GOD HAS ALLOWED YOU TO READ THESE WORDS. GOD IS PREPARING YOU FOR THE VERY NEXT DECISION THAT YOU WILL MAKE WHERE YOU CAN EITHER OBEY HIM OR NOT.
The life of King Saul is a very sad commentary of someone who God anointed in a great way and chose to rebel against God. King Saul lived with the same free will that God gives to all of us. He had to make choices each day to obey or rebel against God.
Sadly, there are ALWAYS consequences for our rebellion. These consequences come in many forms but there is always a price to pay when we choose not to obey God.
Likewise, blessings will always follow our obedience to God. The greatest blessing of all is that peace that passes all human understanding we receive when we are living our lives the way God has asked us to. When we are living for Him, making choices that honor God, there is a peace and joy that you could never put a price on.
I love you and care about you so much. Today's Devotional is a special warning for you to be aware of the choices that you will make today. You will have many opportunities today to choose to obey God or rebel against God. I will be pray
Hi Tom, How have you been keeping? Sorry for not posting regularly anymore, but I'm working for my churchnow . BUT, I always have some "free time" for posting something quickly, like now.:-) I'm alone in the office and the Pastor only pops in every now and then. What is reality? I think that reality is what we believe, if you disagree please ask your self this question: Do you believe in reality? If you do then reality is what you believe.
So if reality is what we believe then reality is subjected to change based on our beliefs.
I think that, It does not matter anymore what we believe if we know The Truth.
There are many love reality's which are subject to change but Gods love is always the same and only true love that last forever...

I think that, sin means to be irresponsible with gift of life for example, selfish, greedy, etc but not having desire to be responsible for example being ignorant and still doing the same that led to sin in first place will lead to losing that responsibility (free will).
I think that sacrificing others for our irresponsibility will still lead to sin and those who sacrifice life of others for them self shall lose life of their own to those who they sacrificed.
