TK Promo is Toni Koch, native of Phoenix, AZ, who prefers comfortable shoes to high heels, but admires anyone able to function in heels. Toni collaborates on various artistic creative projects but really enjoys the process from start to finish as she creates, produces and promotes events where ever there is an opportunity - whether small scale or upscale at quality regional venues or singer/songwriter cozy spaces in music markets with community support. Toni's life has included adventures and experiences throughout being a daughter, sister, friend, musician, performer, rock journalist, Zia Used Record Exchange Store manager, Tower Records buyer of World, Gospel and Indie Music, earning a platinum record for promotion in dance clubs for the song "And We Danced", 1986 hit by Rob Hyman/Eric Bazilian of the Hooters. For many years Toni worked major label concerts as part of guerilla street marketing to break out acts in all genres coming to town (thanks to Dan Zelisko, Mary Passarella and Danielle Tobin-Engel) from small venues to large arenas including early shows for Billy Joel, Elton John, Huey Lewis, Joan Jett, KD Lang, Melissa Etheridge, Bonnie Raitt (Sweet Forgiveness tour), Tina Turner (Tiny Dancer tour), Pat Benatar, Prince, Tori Amos, Chrissie Hynde and the Pretenders, Indigo Girls, OzFest, Lilith Fair, Sara McLachlan, Joan Osborne, Lyle Lovett, Chris Isaak, Melissa Ferrick, Michelle Malone, GoGo's, Bangles, Midnight Oil, Men at Work, Depeche Mode, Madonna, and on and on till we drop. But Toni's true love and passion is for independent artists and daring entreprenuers like you who follow their hearts "back to the Garden."
