Thanksgiving Day
My soul pours out an abundant thought of thanksgivings
And I'm thankful even when the sink is full of dirty dishes
And I'm just a little overdue in cutting both the front and back yards
My spirit whispers a simple prayer of gratitude
When the wall paint begins to peel just a little bit
And the wood in the bathroom floor boards begin to dry rot a little bit
I try my level best to interweave a little bit of thanksgiving into my personality
Even when I look around and it's seem that everything is ruined
And tall waves roam across the face of the ocean and the sea and then a dead calm
I'm thankful at the prospect of a reversal of a impending disaster
Because sometimes we all take one step forward and two step backward
I have thanksgiving seared into the very fabric of my soul and spirit
Giving thanksgivings in the ice cold darkness of a thousands midnights
And celebrating thanksgiving in the brilliant of a bright sun lit day
I would like to say that the legacy of my life is giving happy thanksgivings

PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR FAMILY! WE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE OUR SON JAYDEN"S BIRTHMOM'S FAMILY A PART OF HIS LIFE EVEN THOUGH HIS BIRTH MOM IS IN PRISON FOR 37 YEARS (NO CHANCE OF PAROLL). AND NOW THAT HE IS WALKING AND EASIER TO TAKE CARE OF< THE SISTER GOT A POWER OF ATTORNEY SIGNED BY HIS BITHMOM. TONIGHT ABOUT A DOZEN CIPS CAME TO OUR HOME WHILE MY HUSBAND, SCOTT WAS AT WORK & TRIED TO REMOVE JAYDEN & GIVE HIM TO THE MATERNAL SISTER. I HAVE SPENT SO MUCH TIME COMMUNICATING WITH THEM< WE VISIT THEM, BRING THEM GIFTS, INVITED THEM OVER FOR THANKSGIVING & THIS IS WHAT WE GET???? IF YOU READ MY PROFILE, I WAS SO HAPPY THAT I WAS ABLE TO PUT ASIDE MY NORMAL EMOTIONS & INCLUDE HIS BIRTH MOM'S FAMILY IN JAYDEN'S LIFE. I THOUGHT THE BIRTH MOM & I WOULD START A MINISTRY IN THE PRISON & HELP OTHERS. TONIGHT, THEY WERE COLD. THEY SAID THAT I WAS NOT JAYDEN'S BLOOD, HE DID NOT COME FROM ME. THESE ARE PEOPLE I TALKED TO AND LOVED AS MY FAMILY, PEOPLE WHO PROMISED ME I WOULD ALWAYS BE A PART OF JAYDEN'S LIFE. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING. I CALLED JAYDEN'S GREAT GRAMA (MEMA) SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUT THAT JAYDEN WAS YOUNG ENOUGH< HE WON'T REMEMBER US.... HOW CAN THEY BE SO HEARTLESS??? SCOTT IS ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE- HOW CAN A MOM IN PRISON FOR A SEXUAL OFFENSE ON A MINOR< WHO LOST RIGHTS TO HER OTHER CHILDREN WHO WERE BORN WHEN SHE WAS SENTENCED, JUST SIGN A POWER OF ATTORNEY & TAKE JAYDEN AWAY FROM HIS FATHER & THE ONLY MOM HE HAS KNOWN. PLEASE PRAY FOR US! WE DESPERATELY NEED YOUR PRAYERS!

It was amazing how the crowds cheered you that day when you stood on the deck of the ship. Your medallions and sabers glisten in the sun as you stood boldly ready to face the raging and unpredictable waters of Life. Your sails caught the wind and your mighty boat disappeared from the harbor in a thunderous applause.
Many days later when you washed upon the shore you clothes reduced to rags and your boat had been turned into splinters and broken boards floating upon the water. Don’t you remember that it was I who cleaned you off, let you wear my clothes and let you recuperate in my own warm bed. I bandaged your broken legs and help you regain your balance. And many days later I saw you again, as you marched proudly ignoring my embrace. The conclusion it is important to carry your broken pieces. For in them is the essence of compassion.
