Hello everyone, I'm Anthony (to family and Tony, to my friends) I'm a 38 year old Irish male, orgin from Lisdoonvarna Co'Clare, and part rared in the Clariestown and Bridgetown area's of Co'Wexford Ireland. I have spent most of my childhood and teenage years, in Clapham Southwest London UK, which I hated.....!!!!!!! But me and my brother Thomas had to go where my parents went, to get the work..... I was not the brains of britain, at school...!!!!!

In October 1995, I moved back home to Ireland, I was living back is Co'Wexford (My Mums County), and was working in Dublin, I was in Ireland for a number of years, I was then offered to work in London UK, in November 1998 at The London Institute of Higher Education Corp, (now called the, University of the Arts London)and that is where I am still, but the native home (My Dads County) is Lisdoonvarna Co'Clare, where my main address is now, So now I work and stay in London UK, and then most weekends and annual leave I return home to Ireland, mostly in Clare but I have to also go to Wexford.....

I mostly follow music, i.e. Irish Trad,(My Dad use to play the Accordian and taught it to me and by brother Tom, but Tom had other things on his mind, and it was not music)........ where the school techers said, that I learn to play a Violin in the classical style..... I say No, no-way, "I will learn to play the violin, but in the fiddle style"....... I also play the two row Irish button accordian, also a 21 key anglo concertina............!!!!!
I have followed my love of Irish Trad, Irish and Country music, all though my life so far, I have a passion for song and tunes writing, mostly Irish Trad. I would have loved to have the chance to record an album, maybe someday.....

THE SCULLANE FAMILY: has been native, of north west Clare, since the 1700's original from Ballyscullion West (bhaile ui Scoillin) Bellaghy Co'Derry Northern Ireland, but settled in Inagh, my Great great grand parents moved to Lisdoonvarna (Cloughan Ballynalackan). My Grand Parents (Thomas Scullane and Margaret Cullinan) had two son's my Dad (Patrick J.Scullane) and my uncle (Thomas "Tommy" Scullane). My Dad died on the 25th April 1990 aged 58 years (burid in the Holy Rosary Graveyard, Doolin A.K.A. the new graveyard), and my Uncle lives in Rooska Lisdoonvarna Co'Clare......... Lisdoonvarna Families related to the Scullane's:- Cullinan's, Sharry's, McMahon's of Cloughan. Conlan's, Sheehan's, Lyons of Poulnagun..... Close family friends to the Scullane's:- Gardiner's, Cusack's, Linnane's of Ballynalacken, Linnane's, Dunleavy's, Casey's, Sexton's, Dillon's, Hayes of Cloughan, Williams, Sheedy's of Poulnagun, Petty's of Ballyreen ....................!!!!!!!!!!

THE PURCELL FAMILY:- Related to me, original from Killkenny where my Great great grand parents (Buttersbridge), my Great grand parents moved to New Ross County Wexford, (where are a number of my/our family members, in Folkesmills and Irishtown also the Bosheen). My Grand Father and Mother (Christy Purcell & Ann Brown) (Granny, Ann Purcell nee Brown original from Bannow) moved to Ballysheen Killinick Co'Wexford Ireland (aprox five minutes drive from Rosslare Europort) and were Horse Trainers (mostly Point to Point, Hunting and Show Jumping Horse's), my grand parents had one son (Michael "Mick" Purcell) and six girls, two died at birth, the other four, includes Nancy, Treasa (Mary "May") Patricia (My Mum "Patty or Pat") and Roseanna (Rosie), my Grand Parents, Aunts and Uncle (Purcell) are now all dead and buried. Up to now my Mum is into her 81st year. My Mum (my Mum, was assulted in her early 20's, and in the result had a Son, who is a half brother, but I class him as a full brother, I won't give name out) married my Dad in 1966, And had two Son's Patrick Christopher Thomas (known as Thomas or Tom) and Anthony M.W. (ME), Thomas is Married and has a daughter (Sarah) but I've had no contact with Thomas, since my Dad's Funeral in April 1990(19 years, now).........

Between the years of 1984 and 2001, I was a full member of St.John Ambulance London (Prince of Wales's) District, in various Divisions in Southwest London, and also St.John Ambulance of Ireland (City of Dublin Division)... My last division in SJA was 408c Putney Roehampton Division. for most of my years with St.John Ambulance I was trained Ambulance Technician (AMB2) = (EMT Emergency Medical Technician).... I was also attached the SJA-LD Southwest Area Support Unit, In my 18 years of service to St.John Ambulance I attended many Major Incidents including the City of London and Docklands IRA Bombings and the nail bombings in Brixton, Soho and the Train crash's including Clapham Jnc, Purley, Ladbrook Grove "Paddington".... I 1999 I received the Long Service Medal and Ribbon for 12 years out of the 18 years long services, I should have received a service bar when I reached 17 years of service, I had to resign from St.John Ambulance, due to work reasons (Long hours at work, and a lack of sleep).
