I’ve been doing stand-up since 2002. I am the current winner of "THE FUNNIEST PERSON IN IOWA" which i won may 11th 2006 at penguins comedy club in cedar rapids, iowa. my material is whacked because it all comes from my crazy, fucked up, intoxicated life. i’m like nobody else out there for sure and i’m something to see if you like bad, bold unpredictable comedy.and i mean unpredictable,hell, sometimes i don’t even know what i might do! it’s no act, i’m as real as it gets, i’m the real bad man. my comedy comes from my heart, my pain, my loss, my disappointment, my sorrow. and there’s been a lot of all of that. it comes from my family, my relationships, my stupidity, and my drunken drug induced adventures’ and car crashes. i’ve done shows with national performers like theo von, chad daniels, adam hunter, d.c. malone, pat godwin and a few others that i was to drunk to remember. i live a crazy life and it’s all in my comedy. most comedians would be to scared to do what i do and say what i say but to me it just comes natural. i’m the 1 and only TONY MORRELL. people have thought i was a homeless bum before shows infront of comedy clubs [because i am] and have given me money.
